Arrived 90 minutes after I contacted…
Arrived 90 minutes after I contacted them for a radiator leak so very quick. Plumber promptly fixed the leak ,gave advice about sorting out damp patch on ceiling caused by the leak, so very professional

Highly Recommend
I had a blocked toilet (only one toilet in the house) and I had no clue what to do, thankfully EPM were helpful and had an engineer with me within the hour.
The office staff and engineer were friendly and helpful.
I would recommend to anyone!

Responsive professionals
Rapid and reliable call out for a failure on our central heating. Complex problem methodically and successfully resolved. Not the cheapest but fast to come out and competent professionals on site. EPM will be our first port of call for plumbing, heating and electrical work in future.

Plumber arrived late, said it was too late to do the job and I was charged £90 for the visit
Plumber was supposed to arrive between 12pm and 4pm but didn't show up until after 5pm, only to tell me it was too late to do the job.
Plumber told me he would come back the next day but I had to call the office multiple times to get another appointment several days later.
When I was invoiced they charged me £90 just for the first time he showed up and did nothing, saying he had "assessed the job".
Giving two stars because the problem did get fixed when the guy finally showed up on time, but very poor service otherwise, avoid unless you want your time wasted and to be overcharged.

We were left in the lurch from a different company regarding a toilet issue but e-pm came to the rescue quickly for us. They sent Will to us, he was excellent worker, cleaned up after. A polite young man and would definitely use this company again. Thank you Will
