Fantastic service, above and beyond.

Needed to source parts after a nasty crash on my inmotion v11 and there was no stock I'm the UK anywhere.

After emailing e-rides support they assured me they'd be receiving a shipment of the parts soon and then once they arrived reached out to me to let me know!

Lastly they didn't receive one part I needed so they managed to secure me a second hand part so I had everything I needed!

The service from e-rides is exceptional and I will always conduct my electric unicycle business with them from now on and I suggest you do the same.

i have left a review for e-rides before but as i have had more dealings with them i felt i would do another one.
what else can i say, customer service is second to none, quick response to e-mails and all the information you need is right there. packaging is very good and the delivery service they use is brilliant. the staff that i have dealt with have been fantastic so if you are considering buying some sort of personal electric vehicle or any of the clothing/protective gear these guys sell then go for it, you can buy with confidence knowing you'll be looked after.

I can only praise and thank E-rides for the very fast and efficient pre-sales service and the very fast delivery time (4 days for delivery in France). I highly recommend the store. Thanks

During July & August 2021 after receiving the EUC, I was on vacation in Canada so only recently have I had the chance to use it.

I find the ride on the EX to be vastly superior to the V11: it tracks better, much surer at high speeds and brilliant off-road (see last-ride’s stats attached). Usually I have a fall or two on getting to know the unicycle but this one is so intuitive, light feeling and reliable, that I’ve not yet had a fall or scratch on it, looks like new! (I know as I try new things incidents will occur…it’s the nature of the beast!).

great products and great / prompt service as always

Great product, delivery ok - but it took me more than half a year to get this jacket in size XL. I contacted e-rides at least 5 times in between and got very different answers if and when this might be available again (reaching from 3weeks in 2020 to "XL is out" this year - however I dared to ask again in July). Communication was always very friendly and fast. though. Subscription to email notification did not work out. It would be awesome to see a more reliable restocking process and the same information level with all staff regarding product availability.
