Site fiable et sérieux. Envoi en France très rapide malgré des frais de port (forfait de plus de 15€) qui peuvent être plus cher que le produit commandé lui même...
J'ai eu 3 expériences d'achats bonnes avec eux (demandez quand même par mail si vous souhaitez une pièce bien particuliere car les photos ne sont pas contractuelles sur leur site).

I’m giving e-RIDES 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took my Scooter to them with a damaged rim on the rear wheel as well as a rear puncture in my tubeless tyre, my break disc was out of alignment, took it to e-RIDES they they replaced the rim replaced the damaged tyre and realigned the disc’s and adjusted the brakes. Job Done ✅ great work e-RIDES.

First off the packaging that I have received containing some amazing wolverine pedals is super classy, then I have experienced a responsive customer service, and shipping was fast and I was I able to monitor it all the way. Very fast response of the team to answer my questions, fast delivery. Unfortunately the inner tire I needed was not in stock in the EU store, so I needed to order it on the Global store with result that I needed to pay import taxes.

Cons: Paid delivery to Poland but despite of that you can’t choose delivery options and they send unicycles via DPD which is very slow - 6 days from NL to PL :( Pros: The price was “ok” compared to the competitors from EU but still EUCs are too overpriced due to fixation of min price by agreement between resellers. Responsiveness to questions by email is ok.

Company was fast and responsive, all my questions were answered promptly. Products were great.
