No need to contact PayPal to be refunded ; I have changed my mind after trying the wheel I was looking for. A friend let me try it.
No problem for e-rides. They contact me and refund me without any problem, even if I'm French and my bad english. They were friendly and clear in their communication.

Everything was as agreed. The packaging was good, no damages upon arrival.

Bought a wheel, arrived incredibly quickly. Was using it for almost a year with no problem, then had a issue with the wheel not charging. Contacted them to explain the issue. They asked if I could send a video. After checking they sent a delivery driver to pick up the wheel the next day, fixed it by replacing the motherboard and shipped it back within a few days, all free of charge. Great customer experience. Wasn't expecting it to be so hassle free, I was very impressed. No need to worry about buying from this company from my experience

Good commercial service, i received a call to warn me of the taxes i would have to pay since i leave in an other country,i was not able to respond but i also receive a mail and this allow me to respond and accept the command. I have made purchase in other country that do not take such care with this kind of detail.

The Jacket is pretty nice, the under arm zippers aren't great but neither were the ones on my other jacket straight from lazy rolling, the XL is still a bit snug so be aware they run a good bit small
