Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived yet, and we completely understand your frustration. We weren't previously aware that there was an issue with the delivery, but we’re taking immediate action to resolve this for you.
We've already contacted the courier, who has started an investigation to track your package, which we see is now in Portugal. While we wish we could speed up the process, the delivery timeline is unfortunately beyond our control once the package is in the hands of the courier. However, rest assured they’re actively looking into this, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way until your order arrives safely.
