Wish I could give negative stars. Horrible company

Wish I could give negative stars! This company is horrible. We purchased the Romeo Pro 3 just a few months ago and the brakes have been awful since day one. The bike has been in the shop multiple times getting the brakes bled and checked. Now the brakes go completely out while riding the bike which was very unsafe so I ordered a new brake kit off the website where it clearly states the part is in stock and ships the next day. Checked tracking and days later still hasn’t been shipped out so I emailed Eahora customer service explaining the situation with the brakes (which I’ve previously done with no help from them) and how soon will the part be sent out. They respond back with they are on holiday from September 30th until October 8th…. What?! Horrible customer service. Horrible unsafe bike. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear!

Worst experience

Worst experience, three days of run around and no help at all. Highly recommend finding a different company to do business with. Amazon never ever responded to any request for help and it looks like Eahora gave me the big middle finger too.

The customer service was very helpful…

The customer service was very helpful and provided convenient follow-up support, which was very satisfying. The bike was easy to control, and the ride was relatively smooth. The only minor disappointment was that delivery was half a day later than expected. Overall, it was a great experience, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to someone I know.

Eahora will not refund me or contact me…

Eahora will not refund me or contact me about fully failing defective brakes system. Both failed and no one returns my email requesting a return label for the refund. I was polite and also sent photos as proof. Avoid Eahora at all costs. Absolutely horrible customer service and support. The bike is otherwise decent except for the faulty brakes.

Eahora came through again.

I bent my rear fender supports and Eahora sent me a new one. They've always been on point with the parts, I've damaged several things being thoughtless and clumsy their product support is awesome.

Poor customer service

I bought my bike back in December 2024 and at first it was great but shortly after my battery went dead Without me knowing because it ran fine earlier, I thought the battery was fine. At first they were very helpful. I sent the pictures and video they asked for a few times. They replaced the display unit and the power unit but it still wouldn't power on. My friend suggested I test the battery. When I had it charging the light was green so I assumed the battery was good until I used a multimeter and found out the battery was at 25.6v of 48v. I previously asked for an exchange of bikes and received no reply from there Amazon Service department because I bought it through Amazon. Since no reply from them, I reached out to the main site service department. They replied and told me they reached out to the Amazon department and they will contact me shortly. That was over 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard from them since early June and the main site service department stopped returning my emails.i like my bike but, if I knew customer service was going to be this bad, I would have never purchased this bike. Beware.

Lots of issues with the Juliet Pro II

Lots of issues with the Juliet Pro II. Customer service gives me the run-around. Same lame excuses on a loop. They don't care about the customer. Just pushing junk bikes. Check the facebook community. Lots of folks with unresolved issues. I regret this purchase. They won't allow a return. Just excuses. I wish I had found these reviews before I made the purchase. There are almost as many 1-star reviews as are there are 5-star.

I finally got my hands on the Romeo Ultra I’ve been eyeing for ages – and it’s every bit as premium as described! Flawless product paired with flawless service. Huge shoutout to the customer support team for their lightning-fast responses. When my accessory order got delayed due to low stock, they didn’t just apologize; they came up with a solution that actually made sense. No half-measures, no runaround – just genuine help. All this at an unbeatable price? Total win.

They don’t hold up to there manufacturer warranties…

I bought rear saddlebags for my Romeo pro three from Aurora and the strap wasn’t long enough and they told me they would send me a new rear trunk just for free and a solution for the bag. Well they sent not a solution for a bag, but I have it rigged on there so it doesn’t fall off and they backed out on sending me the rear trunk. They told me they were sending me for free which I don’t care about getting something for free. I just want what I paid for, but when you’re offered something and they don’t give it to you and back out that kind of let me know how the company is not to mention I paid 4000 with tax for Romeo Pro 3E bike that came with no manual no instructions on how to put it together And says has one year manufacturer warranty although every time I contact them they have an excuse on why they can’t fix my brakes which haven’t worked since I’ve got the bike so I completely do not recommend this company!!!

Romeo pro is an excellent bike

Bought a Romeo pro recently and have put over 800km on it in about a month or so and plan on putting many more, the range on the bike is fantastic and the power/speed are limited but can be unlocked to make riding even more fun or to just add some more power if you're a larger rider like me...the bike handles a 300+lb rider with no issue and averages about 100ish km per charge at around 40km/h average speed, even up hills it's great so if you're smaller your experience should be even better however I wouldn't recommend this bike for smaller riders...this is a big bike for big riders who are sick of weak ebikes with low range and can handle the weight, the bike is heavy but I've never had issues and I have to take it up and down stairs...great bike all around and I'm already getting friends and family into buying these so we can take long distance trips together on our eahoras, I hope to get myself a second one... hopefully a dual motor this time

This electric bike I bought is really practical and perfect for daily commuting. It lasts about a week on a single charge, and pedaling in power-assisted mode is effortless, even on small slopes. It's not too heavy, so it's easy to carry into an elevator when parked. The range and handling are both very satisfying.

I purchased a Romeo pro two a year and…

I purchased a Romeo pro two a year and two months ago and all of a sudden, the rear hub locked up could only go forward and not reverse after tearing apart the rear hub motor, the magnets fragmented and locked up the rear hub now I’ve been in contact with Aurora of this problem and they tell me that there’s nothing they can do about it It’s out of warranty so I paid $2800 for yard art I contacted them about a replacement hub and that will cost me another $500 and take a month and a half to get not sure what to do about that. Not happy with the response that you get from The company seems to me like it’s computer generated with same responses.

The best choice at this price.

The juliet pro 2 with dual 2200W motors are insane—climbing hills feels effortless, and hitting 40+ mph is smooth as butter. Even with heavy groceries in the basket, the torque never dips. ​​Stability is next-level.​​ The fat tires soak up potholes like they’re nothing, and the hydraulic suspension keeps things comfy on bumpy trails.

I recently purchased a bike off Facebook marketplace and need new parts was told to email the company do to the availability of the parts I need and I was contacted and instructed to send pictures of the parts I need which I did and no one has gotten back to me over 2 weeks now thanks clowns 🤡

Stranded, Ignored, Exploited: My Near-Death Experience with Eahora

🚨 BEWARE: EAHORA’S GROTESQUE NEGLECT NEARLY COST ME MY LIFE

I’m writing this not just as a frustrated customer, but as someone whose life was put at risk due to Eahora’s utter disregard for safety, customer support, and basic corporate ethics.

I purchased the Eahora P5 II for a transcontinental journey across the United States, a mission followed publicly under the name EddieXPedition, aimed at raising awareness and hope through a once-in-a-lifetime bike expedition. After weeks of travel and thousands of miles, the bike completely failed in Drummonds, Tennessee, leaving me stranded in a remote area with no bike shops, limited access to water and food, and mounting health concerns.

I immediately contacted Eahora with detailed documentation, videos, photos, and a plea for help, including offering alternative solutions. Not only did they fail to respond with urgency, they actively ignored the situation for over 2 weeks now, passing my case around like a broken package.

To make matters worse, Eahora was simultaneously using my name, image, and story in their marketing campaigns and Instagram content while I was stranded and pleading for help.

This is not an isolated case. I’ve since discovered that hundreds of customers have reported similar patterns of neglect, misleading support, and serious product issues.

I’ve initiated a class action lawsuit against Eahora on the grounds of product failure, negligence, and deceptive practices. If you or anyone you know has experienced similar treatment, I encourage you to reach out to me directly at my email available through my social media platforms.

It’s about time this company is held accountable to make sure no one else is put in harm’s way due to their reckless business practices.

Really Pleased with My Romeo Pro 2​​...

After reading some negative stuff online, I was a bit hesitant spending $3,000. But my actual experience's been great. ​​Everything arrived complete​​ and undamaged. I've put about 100 miles on it so far – ​​both motors work smoothly​​, even on hills. Riding through rain hasn't been a problem. Had a quick question about the display setting and ​​support got back to me quickly​​, which was reassuring. Assembly was straightforward, about 30 minutes. Overall, it's been reliable and feels worth the price for my daily commute.
