Wanted to return my PTT because it was ordered incorrectly. All processed within 30 days. The reply was that I hadn't ordered the PTT from them and there is no money back.

I made an order for a set of M32 ear pro and a PTT from Earmor 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive and email for confirmation or that the order has shipped. At this point in time I have tried to contact them at least 8 times and haven’t received a response. I even paid for expedited shipping and yet I still don’t know where my package is.

Update: got through to the team. They were very helpful (when I finally heard from them.) ended up getting a refund. I guess I entered my email wrong on the order. Still they stated they ran out of the color I ordered and were waiting for them to come back in stock. All numbers for CS on their site don’t work. Still not a great experience, but they did do their best to fix it. Over all 3.5 to 4 stars.

Their product the M32 is garbage. They claim it meets the specifications of military headsets and that is a lie. The headset has been tested against multiple radios, PTTs and other headsets ... Ops Core.
We cycled boom mics, ears, PTTs , basically all corresponding equipment that as allows the headsets function for safety and communication. Earmor failed.
Mic didn't work at all. Even shaved the plastic back to allow for connection and no material keeping it out of the port. A few days later , the headset started to fail. It just quits working in the middle of use.
Contacted customer support and basically they tried to give me the "walk around" of what I didn't have the correct PTT and wasn't using it write even though I gave them more than sufficient evidence that I did know what I was doing using actual military and military rated equipment to prove them wrong.
The goal of earmor.com is get sales and offer no refunds or replacements. They do not have any real quality. It's a rip off - its imitation product outsourced from the cheapest place they could find.

I did some research on the M32 and decided to purchase it because I rather test things myself than believe others. I bought the rail connectors to attach to my helmet, which was a perfect fit. My Team had a range day shortly after receiving my helmet ( 2-day shipping took about 5 days from overseas; no big deal!)

Once we hit the range, I turned them on and it was a comfortable fit while maneuvering through training between pistol and rifle exercises. The rest of my team are looking into making purchases possibly. Next is to test the PTT for motorolla radios with the M32.

I had no idea that this product (M31) was shipping internationally until after I received the tracking info. Purchased April 26th and shipped out the next day. My package has not moved since then.

Bruh... it shipped out within a day... but no updates other than that. Then, I get an email to review my product I ordered? How? I never received it :/

Update: After some email exchanges with the service representatives, I received a refund on the supposed product I was going to have sent out. It seems like the website glitched from either my end or their end and I didn't receive any shipping option, so by default, I got the longest delivery time option. Oh well, I guess next time at least I know the customer service is decent.

The agent helping me had the patience of a god and guided me step by step on my refund. Heck, s/he even gave me a coupon code.

The ear muffs themselves are nice, the mlok helmet attachment is impossible to set up. The provided screws are a larger thread than the provide mlok nuts so I had to buy new screws. Once fixing that sliding the headset adapter onto the mlok adapter required a rubber hammer. Then after all that they don’t hold tight against your ears. Will keep the ear pro but have purchased a different helmet Mount from another company.

Product that I wanted wasn’t in stock and wasn’t updated on the website. Waited for a week for it to ship and heard nothing. Please update your website to show stock on your products. This is 2021....... I wound up buying from another place that was also cheaper.

I'm on my forth pair of ear protection, Earmore eing the forth. I liked the M32 so well, I ordered the M31 also for the range. For the price, the best.

Customer service not great. I didn’t receive any emails about my order not even an email confirmation. If you reach out to them don’t expect much.....but you will need to explain yourself over and over again. Now the product itself. Medium. I ordered direct from their website which costs about twice as much than other retailers. The reason I did is because on their website the description stated new model and had things I was interested in.....like gel cups. They don’t have them. Sound is ok. Not great at all. They look cool and are electronic but the cut off is horrible. There are other sub $100 head gear far better.

The product was exactly as advertised, and it shipped fast! Very happy with the product and company.

i originally bought the m-32 for a specific event where i needed good ear-pro and good coms. the m-32 came pretty fast and was comfy when i set them up in my bump helmet. Went to the event and the ptt would not work. After reading reviews i found that Earmor required that you use specific Earmor brand ptt, so i had to place a separate order for that. Not rally a big deal, but would have been nice to know when i placed the original order so i could have used the coms for the event they were purchased for. After i received the correct ptt, the coms work great.

Great product. Arrived promptly. Can't wait to use it.

These things are fantastic for the money and they work amazingly well for shooting

I have not been able to fully use the headset as of yet. The headset feels, looks robust. I removed the headband and installed to a high cut helmet with no problems and fit is very good. Will be taking it to the gun range soon to run it through its paces. The online purchase was straight forward and quick with no issues and the shipping from overseas was very quick ( within 3 days from Lithuania to central Texas ) with no problems coming through customs. Very satisfied at this time.
