Mixed reviews
The app has a few plus points where it is easy to add transactions via your bank account. You also have graphs where it shows income and expenses. The functionality is limited and could do with some improvements such as exporting data. One downside is that if you make any changes to earnings or expenses the team can’t see them and ask you what the most up to date figures are which makes no sense.
Processing my tax return was relatively easy and I was assigned a named individual who ask a few questions about my submission, however they left the company before completing my tax return despite having been charged. Effectively my return wasn’t processed. It would be good to see clearly the status of my return on the app as that wasn’t clear.
It wasn’t until I chased this some weeks later that the matter was quickly resolved, however I lost faith in the service and how robust the service is and their procedures and customer service.

For customers that don't need to clarify any information, we're able to submit their tax return within 48 hours. While we process a tax return, if we find any information that we'd like to double check with customers, there can be slight delays while we clarify this information. This can include any late changes customers make to their income and expenses after choosing to submit.
In these instances, we like to reach out to customers to make sure they’re definitely happy with the information they’ve provided and that it’s now ready to go to HMRC.
We're very grateful for sharing your experience and we will look in to how to improve our service going forward.

An easy 4 stars, would have been 5 but your website says you process tax returns in 48 hrs it took much longer. Not a problem, but it should explain this on the website.
Also Im reviewing this before hearing back from HMRC.

It's an amazing app. Takes off your shoulders the burden of filing for your tax return. The customer service is superb. The team got back to me on every question in less than an hour.

Excellent customer service. These people are a bunch of geniuses! No question is too small for them. They are so understanding and tolerable towards customer queries.
They make TAX return look too easy!!!

The app does exactly what it says on the tin!
It helped me break down what I was spending, even tracks my accounts so that I don't have to calculate my tax all at once... not only does it submit my tax return for me it is a great accounting application in general!
