THE ISSY STAR Opiniões

Order duly received well packaged
However product did not resemble photo: thought the beads were pearls not "glass"
Nice idea for charity but will have to give away sadly. Disappointed

Beautiful pieces. The ring looks wonderful and the earrings match a necklace given to me in the 70's by my mum. Great reminder.

easy to use payment details and quick postal service

Lovely earrings, well made, superb packaging and quick delivery. What's more to say ??!!

I still have not received my order am not so impressed

Order arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.
The Sunpower earrings are lovely and as described.
The Mira necklace however is a different matter, the company ethos is colour and it was the colours in this item that attracted me to it unfortunately the colours are so small that they are not visible, it appears to be just a gold disc - very disappointing

Great service shipped quickly
Lovely earrings good quality

Happy with purchase from ordering to delivery

I ordered some earrings for myself as well as a pair as a gift and I love them as does the recipient! The quality is fantastic, and they were beautifully packaged. The postage was also speedy and when I had a query, I got a really quick response back too.

ITEM NOT YET RECEIVED AS OF JAN 31, 2025

I first came across this brand in the Summer ‘24 as my sister in law mentioned she really liked a certain pair of earrings. I took a photo of it for a future gift idea for her and bought them in December for her birthday.

When ordering, I accidentally put the wrong door number so emailed them to inform them of the mistake and Sophie was so helpful and swiftly resolved the issue.

My sister in law was so grateful for earrings and happily wore them over the Christmas period.

My order arrived in a few days and was very nicely packaged. I had bought a pair of Catherine earrings for my niece and a pair for myself. I love my earrings and have had several compliments on them. My niece also said she loved hers and her mother contacted me separately to say they look really good on her. And these lovely earrings help a worthy cause too. Perfect.

This is my second review for Earsass. The first review was about communication. Since then the founder has explained the technical issues they have experienced. I would like to leave a review for the earrings now. The ISSY STAR earrings by Earsass are truly a gorgeous masterpiece. Their stunning design and excellent craftsmanship immediately stand out, reflecting a level of artistry that speaks volumes about the dedication behind their creation.

What makes these earrings even more profound is the tragic event that inspired their design—a heartfelt tribute that carries deep emotional significance. Earsass’s commitment to channeling such a poignant story into a symbol of beauty is both moving and admirable.

Moreover, the charitable cause associated with this collection elevates it beyond mere fashion, making each purchase a contribution to a meaningful purpose. These earrings are not just accessories but symbols of resilience, compassion, and hope.

A truly remarkable piece for both its beauty and heart. Highly recommended!
Thank you.

Bought a gift voucher for a Christmas gift and a lovely simple transaction, very happy and would recommend, gorgeous choices available on line for voucher to be spent

Bought these earrings as a gift - prompt delivery and great packaging. My friend loved it.

I placed an order on Saturday 21 December for delivery before Christmas and, despite postage difficulties, it arrived in time.
This was entirely due to excellent customer service.

Lovely people, great delivery, personal service, gorgeous items

Such beautiful earrings. They seem very well made and they arrived quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I understand why they are so popular!
