Beautiful product
This product is lovely, it’s my second time ordering & I decided to order the large 500ml refill bottle this time, as it’s very cost effective due to wanting to use this beautiful product daily, I also chose the Eucalyptus scent this time which is lovely & calming for bed!
When I use the spray on the souls of my feet each night, I have found that my sleep quality is so much better & each morning I wake feeling very well rested!
Very fast delivery also, great company, i’ll be ordering in the future - although this refill bottle will keep me stocked up for quite a while.

If it isn’t delivered within 48 hours I will cancel the product and request my payment via my credit card is cancelled immediately.

Thank you for flagging this, and sorry for the frustration caused by the delay. To clarify the timeline for anyone reading this: your original order was delayed after it was lost in transit at a Royal Mail sorting centre, which was outside of our control. As soon as we identified this, we sent a replacement order at no extra cost, and our tracking shows this order was delivered.
We responded to each of your emails within 24 hours throughout, and we're sorry the experience still felt slow on your end despite our efforts to resolve and respond.

HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER
HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER - Ordered on the 16th with express delivery!! Heard nothing for a week so messaged and asked where there order is and they told me they have a delay with their bottles at customs.
Not a me problem and have not been given any indications when I’ll receive my order, have messaged them twice since to ask how long and when I will receive my order and had no response! Still without my order 👍🏽
