East Coast Appliances Opiniões

Quick, polite, efficient. Turned up on time as agreed. Fixed my dishwasher with minimal fuss, left my kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from Douglas’s visit today regarding my cooker repair. He arrived promptly and carried out the work in a highly professional manner. Douglas was not only friendly and informative but also ensured that the area was tidy throughout the process.

I was very impressed with his work and would not hesitate to call on him again in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of domestic appliance repairs.

Thank you for providing such excellent service.

Best regards,
Vicky

Fantastic service, professional and friendly. Repaired dishwasher fault with ease. Would highly recommend to everyone.

East Coast Appliances is amazing. Douglas was polite, friendly, efficient, and put on plastic booties when coming in from the rain! Will be using the company again next time something goes wrong (there's always a next time). Highly recommend x

Great experience and service from start to finish. Our call was answered and an appointment arranged really quickly. Communication was great and we were kept regularly updated. Douglas was friendly and knowledgable. He was able to fix our dishwasher for a very reasonable price - and much cheaper than having to replace it! Fully recommend East Coast Appliances!

Great service. On time. Great advice. Friendly service.

Helpful professional and friendly from start to finish. East coast appliances looked at my broken dishwasher but found it beyond economic repair. They advised me on possible replacements, guided me with the new purchase and arranged delivery and installation of the new one and disposal of the old one. No problems, no fuss, all good! Would recommend to others.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tyler handled the enquiry , ordering of parts and booking the appointment very efficiently. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended your company to a friend. Will definitely use your service again. Thank you

I called the company and they booked me in in a two day window which I was pleased had a look got the part straight away and fitted next morning 🤩 that’s what you call quick and efficient service very polite and friendly would definitely recommend.
Now time to get through my pile of washing 🥴

The fault was explained clearly and carried out efficiently.

The technician was polite and courteous and I would definitely recommend.

Had a small problem with our Tumble Dryer ( noise caused by loose bearing ). Douglas explained the problem and dealt with the issue efficiently, all at a reasonable cost, which he told us about before starting the job.

Doug and Tyler arrived on time, sorted out my washing machine issue, which wasn’t the machine at all! They fixed my waste pipe to the wall, tested that the problem was solved, cleaned up and left everything shipshape. Very good humoured and efficient. Recommend this company. Thank you both

Efficient, tidy, knowledgeable and very reasonably charged. Would recommend

I cannot speak more highly of Doug from East Coast Appliances! We have had a problem with our washing machine for several months, and Doug has been absolutely superb at diagnosing and fixing the fault. He provides an excellent, honest and reliable service which is very fairly priced. I would thoroughly recommend Doug and his team at East Coast Appliances. Geoffrey F.

Really friendly service, diagnosed the issue quickly & fixed it at the same time. Great & would absolutely recommend.

Douglas was very professional despite the numerous obstacles that cropped up with this job.

Excellent service from enquiry to completion of job. Communication throughout and updated on expected time of arrival. Thorough inspection of the appliance, extremely knowledgable and efficient. Part needed to be replaced and was done during the call out. Area left clean and tidy. Able to pay by card and receipt sent immediately to email address. Highly recommend.
I originally booked this company to complete a job for my elderly parents and they were also impressed with the company and as elders they felt very comfortable with the engineer in their home.

Arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem with my American style Fridge Freezer and fixed it without delay.
Most efficient and polite, and left my Kitchen clean and tidy.
Also, very competatively priced. Most highly recommended.

So helpful, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them completely.
