I gave them 2 stars because they did…

I gave them 2 stars because they did make my order right in the end. However I initially ordered 4 items and they only sent one. I'm not sure how whoever fulfilled this order looked and came up with the idea to only send one of four items. They eventually sent the rest of my order so there's that. Doubtful I'll order from here again as this is the exact reason I switched from my last supplier to this one. Not a good start.

Missing essential items with no explanation. I was billed for everything but was missing the very necessary bottle of purell. I emailed the company and they didn’t respond
