Amazing service from Ed sourcing a specific car from scratch. Highly recommended!

I can’t rate Ed and the team more highly. He has sourced my last four cars for me and I will not go anywhere else. Each time I told Ed exactly what I wanted and and what price I wanted to pay and he delivered. The service start to finish is outstanding. He takes away the hassle of searching for your perfect car and having to travel to see it etc and deals with everything.

Great company to deal with, polite, professional and helpful, will happily deal with them again if the right vehicle comes along

Found the car I wanted, made contact with this company and the service I received was second to none. I was over 200 miles away, so Ed sent me a video of the car I was interested in, and some more photos. We agreed a purchase price and a delivery price, and Ed arrived with his brother and the most amazing car. I would strongly recommend this company, fabulous cars, great communication and a superb service from two perfect gentlemen.

Excellent, friendly service with all queries answered fully. Any work to be done on the car was listed and carried out by an independent garage with invoice to prove completion. did "what they said on the tin", very happy to use them again.

Fully reccomend Henry at East Devon Automotive. We recently bought a stunning volvo xc60. The advert was spot on and so much information given. Loads of photos. All our questions were answered straight away and in great detail. Henry was professional, trustworthy, friendly and very knowledgeable about the car from the start. We test drove the volvo and it was as described on the advert and absolutely stunning. We have now had the car a few weeks and so thrilled with it. 5 star. We travelled a fair way to view the car and it was so worth it. We purchased the long warranty to which was a brilliant price. I am totally over the moon with my new car and the service and great experience I had with East Devon Automotive. It was lovely to have an email from Henry asking how the car was getting on, customers are well looked after here. I will certainly reccomend Henry and his team to all looking to buy a quality car. We bought a Fiesta recently for our daughter. Edward was happy for me to see the car in it's original condition (it had some scratches and dents) and then sent it away for them to be touched up and resprayed. An excellent job has been done and it's a nice car. All of our queries were answered in a pleasant and helpful manner. I would definitely buy another car here.

I recently purchased a BMW 318i from EDA and I have nothing but good words to describe my experience. Upon meeting Ed he came across as a genuinly nice guy and his passion for cars and quality shone through, he was incredibly helpful with any queries and I felt comfortable throughout the sale and confident that the test he carry's out on the car before the sale ensure that any issues are picked up and delt with. The car was valeted to a high standard upon my arrival and he's also been more than happy to help after the sale with any questions I had. 4 weeks after the sale one of the coil packs went on the car (something which no one could have predicted as the car had been driving perfectly since the sale), still under warrenty I phoned Ed who was out to meet me within 2 hours to find out what the fault was, he then instructed me to take my car to my mechanic to get the works complete. Within 5 hours of the fault occuring I was back on the road and have had no problems since. I find it very rare to have this much satisfaction during sales these days but I cant fault East Devon Automotivs in any way and will most definitely make them my first point of call for any future car purchases, although not for a while as I've got my dream car and wont be letting her go any time soon.

I use East Devon Automotive for my business and personal vehicle needs. They are always prompt to source something appropriate or have a great turn around of stock to keep an eye on for something suiting. I personally think their pricing is very fair given the immaculate presentation of their vehicles and customer service throughout. They seem to pride them selves on making second hand vehicles look as good as new and have always manage to point me in the right direction for any repair or service requirements I may have. The 'guard' dog is a cutie too.

Bought a car recently from Henry. Service was great, we had a few teething problems with the car (not Henry's fault) Henry helped us resolve them without question. I can throughly recommend him.

Edward delivers a personal service and will source your car to order. I bought a Skoda Yeti 4x4 for fieldwork about 9 months ago. He found a great low mileage, high spec, model in great condition at a fair price. He sorted out the purchase of a few extras at a good price and delivered the car (to Cornwall!) in person. He is attentive, responsive, friendly and trustworthy. And the car is great with no problems at all so far.
