Professional excellence.
Eastern Garage Doors installed Teckentrupp side hinge garage doors. This is a high quality product and was matched by the quality service provided by the company. I emailed a few questions about the order and each time Nelson responded instantly, even out of normal working hours. Installation went smoothly and pleasantly, leaving no mess. Very pleased.

Eastern Garage Doors have been…
Eastern Garage Doors have been excellent with my purchases of Hoffman Electric Garage Door and composite kitchen door. But my purchase of an Apeer composite front door has been horrendous with faulty workmanship bye this company. Would not recommend Apeer. But the staff at Eastern Garage doors have been excellent with sorting the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible quality & aftercare
Do not hire this company!
We had a new electric garage door installed by Eastern garage doors which we’ve had nothing but issues with & the company insist on charging us to rectify.
The frame is scuffed all the way down from installation
The fobs supplied are awful quality and 2 out of 3 have already stopped working
The top face plate of the door is so flimsy that it bangs/rattles in the slightest wind (£400 to rectify)
The manual override was forgotten, then completely bodged & has now snapped off after using twice
(£600 +vat to rectify)
Our next door neighbour also have issues with their door

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the concerns raised, we'd like to address them as transparently as possible. With this in mind we feel it’s important to clarify the communication timeline to provide a complete and balanced picture of what has occurred. The door was installed in November 2021. Around 6 months after this you contacted us about a rattle which our technical team supported you by way of a FREE fitting of extra fur around the edging. This was offered as a good will gesture because we recognised that at the survey stage you may not have been informed that roller doors can rattle in the wind due to their design. The more recent comments above we believe are based on a communication you had with our admin support team in May 2024. Given our commitment to quality support, we naturally understand the frustration caused by the issues encountered, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Regarding the pricing for rectification, in this instance, we want to clarify that we informed you that the parts were now out of manufacturer warranty. However, we were committed to providing fair and transparent pricing for any necessary repairs or replacements and that we could get the parts. Our aim during this communication has always been to ensure that you were fully satisfied, like many of our thousands of customers. In terms of customer service, we apologise if our communication fell short of your expectations. We value each and every one of our customers and aim to provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.

Purchased a custom colour sectional garage door with all the bells and whistles plus installation' Although I had a few problems they were fixed asap and everything was done to make my purchase as fulfilling as possible.
I never hestitate to recommend them to everyone I speak too that mentions my current build.

Electric double-wide door & installation.
The service we received from Eastern Garage doors was absolutely first class, from the initial quote right through to the finished job. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly, we were kept well informed of progress and the installers were excellent. The finished door is beautiful!
We would absolutely recommend this company, would rate them a 6 out of 5 stars!

Very Happy with the whole experience
Very Happy with the whole experience. A bit longer wait to install the door than was quoted but that was due to delivery from Germany, As soon as it arrived in the UK it was fitted. Office kept us well informed and Jamie and Pat' our installers absolutely knew their stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from the whole team
Great service received from start to finish.
The surveyor turned up on time and was friendly and professional. We explained we just wanted an up and over door, nothing fancy and we were not hit with a hard sell.
The turnaround time from survey to installation was 5 weeks at a date and time which suited us.
The installation was quick and seamless. The installer Simon did a fantastic job. The old door was taken away and before he left, Simon explained how to operate the door from inside and out. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had survey beginning of March 2023
Had survey beginning of March 2023. New garage door delivered and fitted exactly four weeks later. The whole process, from survey, deposit, removal and disposal of old door and fitting of new, to final payment couldn’t have been easier. Staff courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.
