I recommend becoming a member of the Eastern landlords Association
I’ve been a member of the Eastern Landlords Association for many years and I find there help and advice extremely reliable. Recently I’ve been speaking with their advisor Angie Gill about a tenancy issue. Her guidence and advice with my problem was very helpful.

Eastern Landlords Association membership worth every penny!
My wife and I have been members of the ELA for many years. The support offered has been invaluable to prevent costly mistakes.
As a member you are also entitled to landlord discounts from Rightmove listings to property insurance.
The regional monthly landlord meetings with property experts provide an ongoing education in all things property and finance to help run a successful property portfolio.
The very modest annual fee is genuinely worth every penny which you get back just from the savings alone!

Eastern Landlords Association has ben invaluable to me. Helping me with difficult tenants and legislation also. I would not want to be a landlord, without my membership. I highly reccommend them to anyone that has not taken up membership.
