I bought these for my 10 year old daughter who has just been diagnosed with top level ADHD.

It’s still early days as to whether they are beneficial to her.

She has just completed her 1st 5 days and I had positioned them for anxiety. I have just changed them to the other ear for concentration

I bought these for my daughter who has m.e and gets terrible headaches and migraines. They have stopped completely!!! She did stop for a couple of days to test the product and bam the headaches came back . I’ve bought her the headband but hasn’t had to use it yet !!!

I recently discovered ear seeds and East Healing. I can't believe how effective the ear seeds have been for me! I have tried in various places and found I feel less stressed more focused and have been sleeping soundly.
Have been spreading the word to friends and family :)

Didn't feel any benefits for me and hurt my ear on the one position that it was put on especially with sleeping so it was removed after the second time

Waste of money. Don’t improve sleep, headaches, stress or tinnitus. Infact my headaches are worse since taking the ACU seeds. Won’t buy or recommend again

I think they're helping with anxiety/nervousness...I'm wondering if still too early to tell. Love the way they look and application on my 3rd swap is much easier

My order wasn’t delivered!! Have informed you about it ! Was told another package was being sent !! That was over a week ago!! I have been a loyal customer, but am seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription!

Absolutely love this product only just started using the seeds and already feeling the difference.

This was my 2nd order, first order I ordered 2 sets one for my mother and one for myself. We both absolutely loved these and 100% felt the benefit. My recent order arrived 6/7 of the first seeds I have went to use the gold seed as fell off and will not stick again. Very disappointed. I actually put some of this box on my mum and they fell off within 10minutes.

The ear seeds are definitely helping me, I feel more relaxed and calm. Well packaged and fast delivery. Just ordered more products as I feel like it is helping me.

Expensive and dissatisfied as sticky tabs were not very good

I adore the concept and firmly support the benefit of acupuncture and acupressure points. However I personally felt no benefit but then maybe I was hoping for a miracle for neck and shoulder pain. Perhaps I also need to keep up after only purchasing one pack that lasted 3 applications (over a total of 12 days) but the patches constantly fell off either in the shower or the ones on my hand got brushed off. If the adhesive was better then I would purchase again and keep going but it’s an expensive investment at £30 every 12 days when I’m searching the house for my missing gold patches 😣

Acu seeds by East Healing are a great product that feels quite luxury whilst providing a holistic solution. Enjoying exploring the different ear maps. I will definitely be ordering more.
Great customer service and products arrive in cute packaging.

While the product arrived in time and well packed, it did not solve my issues with neck and shoulder pain. It did reduce the discomfort, but I am not fully cured.
