I needed some 12v lamps with BC caps for a work project which are normally quite hard to find but Easy Light Bulbs had them in stock, but best of all I had an email from them straight away from Leanne checking my order was correct and not for a mains voltage installation.
It was so refreshing to deal with prompt professional service, it’s something which is in short supply these days.

Unfortunately the 3 strip light bulbs were too long for our fitment, our lights were fitted over 20 years ago so the style has probably changed but we cannot use the ones we ordered. We should have checked the length before we ordered.

Easy to find the bulbs I needed and to make the purchase. Extremely well packaged and all arrived in perfect condition. Very impressed.

Brought 3 bulbs First one I put in the picture light (which has 2 bulbs) didn’t work so I thought as it’s a new bulb it must be the light itself But it wasn’t because I put the one from the other side in and it worked So33%of order Unless!!

The bulbs haven’t arrived yet and we have to leave the country. Have spoken to the postman not to take them away again and he says he will do what he can to ensure we get them. Don’t know how big the package is, but for sure it won’t go through the letter box, so we’ve left it with him to figure out what to do with them. Ordered them on 23rd September.

Good to know that incandescent and halogen bulbs are still readily available.

I phoned to enquire about bulbs for a cooker vent hood. Very good customer service from start to finish. The bulbs arrived quickly and they are just what was needed.

Difficult to find a 4 pin fitting so your site was a godsend. The bulb fits, works and seems more sturdy than the nascent bulb which broke as I was removing it.

Excellent packaging, no chance of breakages! I just wish that I had ordered more!
