Ordered accessories to store for collection, good communication and items arrived when expected. Well packaged and good quality.

I was absolutely delighted with the service and recommendations giving when I walked into the shop at castle point. The last was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. She helped with measurements and I placed the order. Once it came into the store I was contacted. Again, the lady was so pleasant. I won’t hesitate to use the store again due to the 5* service. I’d also recommend easybathrooms.

We purchased a new bath, W.C, Washbasin and shower unit. Excellent service, delivered on the date expected. They were very helpful in store when looking through the items we needed. When our fitter was putting it together we noticed the tap unit for the Washbasin was missing. The staff in store were very helpful and found us a replacement they had in stock.

refurbishing two bathrooms so easy and smooth. Much of the time we were out of the country and
she organised everything from ordering to delivery.

Staff at the Bournemouth CASTLEPOINT showroom have been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout, had to return some items due to sizings but all returns processed quickly with no hassles.
