Go elsewhere, they designed the bathroom and when it got delivered the glass screen was the wrong size and they wouldn’t change it . Absolutely pile of xxxx.

The showroom and staff were wonderful
The showroom and staff were wonderful, and great at helping us layout how we wanted our bathroom remodel to look like. As we wanted a disability friendly shower/wet room that was stylish and functional without looking clinical. The only frustrating experience was using their website and the annoying "super bar" which was a constant irritation, of closing it then going to another section and having to reclose it again and again. Totally unnecessary and very nearly put me off even wanting to visit the store.
Ordering was easy in store and once we had a confirmed start date from our plumber then a delivery date was set and the delivery depot confirmed this nearer the time.

The whole experience was easy
The whole experience was easy! I chose my dream bathroom, the lovely staff in the branch took me through everything from showing me diagrams of how it would look to pricing and time scales. The items arrived on time and the work started. The workmen were just lovely, polite and hard working. I cannot thank them enough. There were unforeseen issues but they were dealt with professionally and swiftly. Would recommend.

I recently ordered two types of tiles
I recently ordered two types of tiles — 3 packs of Tile A and 15 packs of Tile B. However, instead of receiving 3 packs of Tile A, I only received 2 packs along with 1 pack of an item I did not order.
This error has created a major inconvenience, as my tiler is unable to complete the work until the correct tiles are delivered. I now face a week’s delay and additional labor costs through no fault of my own.
