Successful project
The planning part was excellent. Slightly uneasy that the salesman was working the project out without actually seeing the area. But ok in the end. Delivery came on time, one item missing which we’ve had to chase then re order (it was only some robe hangers).
Best part had been the recommended installation team - wonderful.
Shout out to KM Construction of Glossop, just the best. Wonderful.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
After spending a significant amount of time in the showroom pricing up a bathroom, I never received my quote. I chased this a number of times and was repeatedly promised it would be sent, but it never was.
After multiple failed promises, I emailed both Head Office and Customer Services and still received no response at all.
Its unacceptable to not even receive a courtesy email. My time was completely wasted and I was left feeling thoroughly undervalued as a customer.
I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms based on this experience.

Alex and Rachel were brilliant
Alex and Rachel were brilliant, they talked me through the best options for my son who wanted a freestanding bath, and he is 6'2. I am please that both ladies were very knowledgeable and my son is happy and we finally got him to agree to visit the store in Cheadle.

My husband and I have just returned from the
Stanley Green Cheadle Cheshire branch where we have purchased everything for our second en-suite. Rachel, the showroom manager is so knowledgeable in her filed that it was a very easy feat. The quality of their product is excellent; the service, second to none. What more could we ask for!
