Easy Bathrooms were amazing from the start, when I visited the Edmonton showroom (thank you Liam, Kofi and Leah) and to when my beautiful bathroom was installed.
Marion and Brogdon did an excellent job. Both professional, clean and very tidy. Thank you.

We initially went to our local branch (Harlow), and our experience was shockingly unacceptable. I was significantly overquoted for a sink unit, and when I pointed this out, I was told she was correct and I was mistaken. The service was frankly appalling - a take it or leave it attitude. However, we then visited the Edmonton branch and were assisted by William Bennett, who was brilliant. He confirmed we were correct about the pricing and went above and beyond to help us and completely changed our opinion of Easy Bathrooms. Thanks to him, we found exactly what we were looking for. My 5-star review is based on our experience with William directly.

We placed an order which arrived on time as promised.

Very disappointed with my experience with EasyBathrooms. I expected better quality and service for the price I paid, but encountered multiple issues from the start:
1) The first toilet that was delivered was supposed to be soft close, as promised. It wasn’t — so I had to re-order a new one.
2) Within just two months of normal use, both the WC unit and vanity unit developed large visible cracks on their surfaces - two on either side of the WC unit, and another on the front border of the vanity unit. While EasyBathrooms agreed to replace both, they do not cover any of the additional costs - I now have to pay my builder for reinstallation.
3) Shockingly, when opening the replacement WC unit today, we found yet another crack - on the bottom front left corner. It's incredibly frustrating to keep receiving damaged or poor-quality products.
4) The mirror unit design was poorly thought out. The mirror came with a tall shelf at the bottom — but when installed as per the design, I (an average-height adult) could only see the top of my head. The shelf obstructs proper use of the mirror. My builder had to install it upside down (with the shelf at the top) so it could function properly. But this clearly isn’t how the product is meant to be oriented.

I’m left very disappointed, not only by the poor quality of several items but also by the fact that I’ve incurred extra costs and frustration through no fault of my own. Would not recommend at all!!

Update from 16.06.2025
The new WC unit was installed last Tuesday by my builder (I paid the installation costs). Yesterday evening I discovered a new cracks! I'm simply gutted.

The staff were very patient and understanding, guiding accordingly as our design changed a number of times.
The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

The staff at Easy Bathrooms were great. The young lady who helped me was fantastic. On both days I was there, she sat with me for ages going through all tge different styles, helping me make the right choices for my bathroom.

Excellent service from the staff.
They showed me around the showroom, taking note of the items I required. They staff are very friendly and helpful When quick response about any query on my order, my call was dealt with immediately, the assistant Leah understood the problem and came back promptly with a satisfactory result. The items were delivered within the week and I was called by the driver on the day with an exact delivery time. The items are of a very high standard and I could not be happier.
