Great service then and now!
We had our bathroom installation back in Covid days in 2020, even then the process by staff was excellent. Five years on we had a small issue with our soap dispenser. Popped into the Slough and had a lovely chat with Russell who passed our query to head office. After a few checks the replacement item was provided; they do honour their 10 year guarantee.

Don't anticipate much sales awarness from the team, eating lunch whilst talking to us was not what professionals do. We took our business to the Bracknel branch but the company swiched it to Slough
The product range was good and affordable but the customer service lacked basic sales accumen.

Great place for your bathrooms from…
Great place for your bathrooms from design to deliver the ideas you have in your mind. Ryhs was very professional and friendly from the start to finish. I have a beautiful new bathroom how I wanted. I bought my whole bathroom from the Slough branch. The service was incredible. I would highly recommend this showroom to go and see lots of trendy designs on display. Sarah and Russell was very nice too. All the staff in this brach is amazing. Thankyou so much ❤️

Rare Customer Service
We visited the branch as my mother was looking to get ideas/revamp her bathroom. We were greeted by Craig who was great and very approachable (very rare to find customer service like this nowadays). He took the time to listen to her ideas and made suggestions and went through the finer details like trims with her. We will be back
