Calling the Installations Team, I spoke with Amy, who was so friendly and extremely helpful, she allowed me time to explain the situation and fully appreciated the matter in hand. I can honestly say I have never received such brilliant customer care, she deserves recognition for the small miracles she has enabled, a very professional, polite and cheery lady, everyone deserves an Amy, I am so grateful.

I was refused a trade account on the basis that I “don’t meet the plumber or builder criteria,” despite being a qualified interior designer who runs multiple businesses, including property development. All relevant information was clearly provided.

I then completed the application form four separate times and supplied screenshots as proof, yet Donna from the sales team continues to claim nothing has been received. This is not only inaccurate, it is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of organisation and accountability.

The handling of this has been unprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of time. No business should be treated this way.

AVOIDA THIS BUSINESS - Take your business elsewhere.

The choices are very good. Staff very helpful delivery good in fact they made the hard choices easy for me and my bathroom looks amazing did 3 d of bathroom which helped enormously

Fantastic experience with Craig at the Wakefield store. We’ve recently had both our bathrooms - en suite and main bathroom and dealt with Craig throughout. He was great, friendly and professional and he listened to what we wanted and used his experience to make suggestions to help us obtain a great result in both rooms. Great product choice and good quality products. We also dealt with Dominica who helped us solve an issue with delivery on one product, she went above and beyond to help us get it sorted. Thanks everyone at the Wakefield store!

Having had a quote for our en suite refurb for over 5k not including the bathroom suite we decided to tackle it ourselves. We have purchased all of the items we need from the clearance shop in Wakefield. We have been assisted by Greg on our many visits to find what we need and each time we have been met with excellent customer service. Greg is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We have saved thousands not just in doing the work ourselves but with purchasing items from clearance, the discounts are amazing! We have two more bathrooms to do so you haven’t seen the last of us- Thankyou Greg! Would definitely recommend you and Easy Bathrooms.

Easy Bathrooms offer a 10 year warranty on their products. After 2 and a half years the sink tap became pitted and changed colour despite only ever being cleaned with soapy water.
We contacted Easy Bathrooms and sent photos hoping for a replacement under warranty. They reviewed the photo and decided it was our fault for “cleaning the tap which harsh chemicals” which was totally untrue. No free replacement was forthcoming. Very disappointed with their after sales service. Also many of their products were delivered damaged and had to be sent back. Would not use them again

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Easy Bathrooms Wakefield! A special shout-out to Dominika, who was incredibly supportive throughout the entire design process. She patiently handled our multiple requests for changes, always offering valuable insights and ensuring our vision came to life. The communication was excellent; we received clear and timely updates on out-of-stock items, which was greatly appreciated. The entire store and warehouse team were also exceptional, answering every single query we had with attentiveness and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome!

Positives
Visited the showroom in Wakefield, staff helpful, nice show room, plenty of tiles to choose from. Had to go up to warehouse at derby dale to collect tiles.
Negatives
Had a really good tiler, ( didn’t use one recommended from easy bathrooms), good job we did.
Bought 4 boxes of teal & turquoise mermaid tiles 600mm x 300mm, just to fit in a 900x900 shower unit.
The Tyler started to fit the tiles and discovered the second box were 4mm smaller than the first box, long story short, he had to really cut the entire batch to fit them uniform, he spent 9 solid hours making it work.
On top of all that lots of the tiles have minor imperfections, slight marks that are quite noticeable.
All in all very disappointing, quality not great.

Staff support was given at the level we needed it. When we made an error o. Our order and needed to amend and add extra this was sorted within minutes of our request! The variety of tiles to choose was excellent. Staff team and manager professional and approachable, without being overbearing - thank you

Brilliant from start to finish

When I went to pickup tile backing boards I had forgotten my credit card. The very helpful employee at the desk suggested he could email my wife with the purchase details and she could pay with her card. This was easily arranged and with payment being sorted out the boards were quickly and carefully placed in my car and a disastrous morning was avoided. Thank you Wakefield Staff 👍
I recommend Easy Bathrooms

Sales person was able to visit our home to understand our requirements. Although unable to undertake the istallation, bcause of the size of the job, they were able to rcommend a plumber who udertook a clean and professional job.

From start to finish we have been impressed with all aspects from when we first came to the showroom in Wakefield and spoke to Craig about the bathroom to when it was installed by Andy professional and relaxed atmosphere whenever we came back to add more items to the order the staff are AMAZING. And we will be back to have another bathroom done downstairs next year

From attending the store in Wakefield to the finished product, fantastic… sat down in store and went through all options available without and push in sales. I had the design put together by Alisa and once finished I was like mmmm wonder if it will look like this but I was promised it will. Once agreed it was easy to see the varied finance options and easy to set up. The fitters who came was fantastic and explained throughout the next steps and you could see big changes daily. It was complete within 10 days and clean and tidy every day. Yes the finished bathroom was like the design and better. The products are high quality and so much better than other high street DIY stores. Look no further if you are looking for a bathroom.
