We were just about to give up looking for a bathroom, as nowhere seemed to have what we were looking for. Then we stumbled across Easy Bathrooms in Stockton.

After having a look around the showroom, we met Jamie, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to understand what we needed and made the whole experience so much easier.

A big shout-out to Jamie — he is a massive credit to your company and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

each person was really helpful Maurice, Sophie and Duncan couldn't do enough to help us. We changed our minds a couple of times on the design and they were all so helpful and patient till we got it how we wanted.
we hit a few issues along the way, not the front line staffs fault was an issue with what was advertised in the brochure to what came . Nothing major in the end and all 3 were as helpful as they could be . Delivery no issues slight fault on something Duncan sorted without hesitation. They all went above and beyond even though we used our own fitter

The service we received from entering the showroom to the bathroom being fitted was absolutely excellent. Any query we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently! It was a very pleasant way to spend a lot of money, and we feel we got really good value!

I just had a bathroom supplied from staples corner. Excellent service and honest advice from Oscar and Dipps .
Indeed they were very helpful, curtious, and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Easybath in staples corner.

I bought a toilet from Easy bathrooms which was ex display. I appreciate that this was sold as seen however on fitting the toilet had a crack in it and leaked. I appreciate that it is sold as seen however a leaky toilet is a fundamental problem, have had to buy a new problem. Raised this with easy bathrooms given it was sold as seen there is no refund option. I appreciate this however it has literally gone straight into a skip which is incredibly frustrating. In addition to the toilet I had also bought antique brass hinges and flush for that specific youkef amounting to a further £75 - also gone in the skip as not compatible with the new toilet. Highly frustrating and hugely disappointing. Given that the toilet can literally not be used!

Great help when buying a beautiful bathroom cabinet. Both men really helpful. The woman I collected from was, however, a bit brusque.
