Terrible customer service response

Terrible customer service response - or rather zero response. I have emailed Easy Camp twice and received confirmation that they will get back to me and then …..nothing.
Terrible customer service which is a shame.

After 10 days I am still waiting the order to arrive and still waiting my questions to the customer service to be answered.

We can't see that you have written to us ?

When we follow the tracking link GLS have tried to deliver today, but message say: "The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent."

Please check your postbox to see if GLS has left a message.

Købte et telt som var håbløst at folde…

Købte et telt som var håbløst at folde sammen. Easy Camp henviste til en YouTube video af anden model men vi fik det aldrig til at virke. Rigtig ærgerligt.

Really good price quality ratio

Really good price quality ratio
I've ordered a tent with 2 chairs and was quite impressed by the quality of both products. The fabric on the chairs and tent is thick and well stitched.
Fast delivery, nothing to complain yet

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a tent that Said ”fire recistant” in the info, when I store for safety of we coupe pit in a stove it took 3 weeks ti get a response that ”sorry that you have to wait, we will get back to you soon”.

Two weeks later got the same response.
