DNA collection kit arrived in about 3 days. Customer service was good when I called to ask about a swab that was still damp when I put it in the little envelope. I sent the samples back by registered mail and they arrived the next day. It took one more day for them to verify on their end they received it. Results came within the 3-5 business days as stated. In fact in fact I received mine on a Civic holiday and that was surprising. Happy with the results. Overall a good experience

I could not have been happier with Easy DNA. They were very patient and professional with my inquiries. I had to call them several times and each time the customer service representative I dealt with was incredibly helpful and thorough, he/she went the extra distance to make sure all information was covered.

I give this experience 5 stars. Customer service was friendly and polite. Most importantly, the service provided my DNA results to me even faster than was promised - and after a lifetime of waiting - the quicker results meant the world to me and my new-found birth-father. The price was right and I was confident I would get my results processed efficiently. I wish I could have understood the codes - layman decoding might have been useful. Friends i have selected easy dna for paternity test and customer care is very cooperative and responsive and dna testing is reliable and accurate and i got result of paternity test quickly , easy dna also take care of your privacy ,testing is performed by highly expertise team and i am satisfied, i highly recommend easy dna for paternity test.

Easy to navigate website, ordering the kit was simple, instructions were clear [on how to perform the test on my dog], and the results were documented well with much more information than I expected regarding the different breeds (nature/personality/health concerns). Definitely would recommend this to anyone who has adopted a dog!!

It's easy to use, just give easy DNA a call and send you the form. Follow instructions when filling up form but make sure you already have a Dr to do the DNA test, what date and time to do it. Reply to them and send back the form and make payments thru credit card then they will send the kit directly to the Dr's office. Inform the Dr's secretary that kit is on the way for DNA kit whoever the participants is. All you need to know is there in the kit, Dr will guide you too. It's easy and affordable you won't regret it.

I tried to use this service
firstly it took just over 2 weeks for them to deliver the box with contents to me
I was told that the address I provided was incorrect. Meanwhile the address was correct just that it was my physical address at the office. i was told that the address was incorrect when i called Fed Ex asking about why my parcel was not moving from Edmonton
nonetheless, I get all the stuff I need. I found the instructions easy to follow.
issues with getting everything organized in the box whether to seal or not. i called easy DNA was told by a lady named Sarah all instructions are provided. I did not seal anything except the courier package. I would hope it does not get rejected as a consequence. One would think for fifteen hundred bucks it would be a smooth process. I would not really recommend this company unless you know what you are doing. Anyways I hope this helps people in my disposition

Fast and easy to order right from the website. Arrived in a timely manner. DNA kit was easy to follow. Results we available 3 days sooner then expected. Would definitely recommend this company.
