Very easy to book
Very easy to book and company came back with a time date which was easy to change pending my availability. Contractor carried out the test and gave some good advice. Would use again for all safety checks etc.

Hi David, addressing your concerns about your rating is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving them.
I understand that you are unhappy with the rating that your property received, this is understandable, however I would like to inform you that as energy assessors, we do not choose the rating of your property. We collect and input data about your property into government approved software (the use of which is a requirement of all EPC accreditation bodies). The rating is created by the EPC software, based purely on the information about your property entered, which is standard practice enforced across the industry.
If you feel that the information recorded about your property during the site visit is incorrect, we are always more than happy to review this or discuss any other aspect of the report, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

EPC completed so easily
The assessor helpfully explained the process, did the survey efficiency and even took off his shoes to respect household cleanliness. The EPC was ready the following day. I would happily use their services again - it was so easy.
