Ahmed Bilal was great, super friendly and very efficient

Ahmed Bilar made moving day so much easier than I expected. He showed up right on time, worked quickly, and handled every box and piece of furniture with real care. Nothing was scratched, dented, or misplaced. He was friendly and professional throughout, and clearly took pride in doing the job well. I’d recommend him to anyone who wants a stress-free move. Five stars, no hesitation.

Ahmed was incredibly helpful throughout the whole move. Everything was done on time, and he was reliable and professional. As it was my first time moving by myself, I found the whole experience quite stressful, but having someone as dependable as Ahmed made things much easier. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him!

Booking was quite easy explained what was needed etc paid deposit ( to a personal bank account ) received booking confirmation with arrival time .. all good one van turnt up first followed by another 30 minutes later all good so far.
Once they were loaded 11.30am the asked if they would go to next property to which I explained that I don’t yet have keys as have to wait for funds to work through the selling chain ( as explained upon booking) so most likely would be after lunch. I was then told by them that they had another job at 2pm.
I contacted office via WhatsApp messaging to be told that I would be changed a waiting fee of £75 every hour after 11.45 ( nowhere on conformation did it state that 1)- I only had the van for a stated number of hours.
2)- no mention of additional fees due to waiting … all over these guys website it states honest quote with no additional or hidden fees on the day.. what a pack of lies!!
In the end I got them to unload the two vans into the garden of my new property just so I didn’t have to pay further charges as this was already at £250 !!!
I have since emailed them twice to say unhappy I was ( as couldn’t contact them any other way ) and no reply to date.

Bilal and Moiz were very professional, friendly and kind. They are very good, diligent and took care of the furniture, also accurate time and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend them.

We received exceptional service and courtesy and willingness to assist us and respond at all hours- we highly recommend this company and their excellent staff who helped us move making it a much less painful experience

My Man in the Van, Bilal Ahmed was super helpful and responsive. He picked up his phone promptly, let me know when there was a delay and he still managed to make the time up to collect my facebook marketplace sale on time!

I had a fantastic experience with Ahmed and Moiz today helping me move apartments in Oxford, England. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and made what could have been a very stressful move feel so much easier.

They handled some extremely heavy items, including a sofa bed and a double mattress, with great care and efficiency. Throughout the move they were diligent, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were also friendly, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was moved safely without any hassle.

Fast service great packing up the van and done really good couldn't fault there work only problem I had is that one of my tvs got broken.
The 3 men were awesome though filled the vans up ensured me that the stuff would fit in 2 vans and it did and great price also.
Did tip them 20 each for there extra hard work.

Our driver Ahmed Bilal helped load and unload everything. He brought a trolly to make our lives easier with shifting. The van was big enough size so there was no stress of fitting all the items. Bilal was fantastic with his service.
