Great service .I've been looking for…

Great service .I've been looking for these dressings pads.My chemist haven't been able to get them.I know they're expensive .My husband elderly so they should be free.But thank goodness for you.He has leg ulcers and cannot be with out C.Sorb as he is allergic to klinaderm and other dressing.

Ordered on the 27th May

Ordered on the 27th May. Shop app said they were due Friday. Royal mail tracking said they still were waiting to receive the parcel. I rang royal mail and they assured me the parcel hasn't even been sent to them yet.

Sent easy meds emails asking for a refund on the delivery charge as they hadn't delivered anything. Rang easymeds on Monday. Amar was lovely to talk to. Said Monday mornings are the busiest. Still no change to royal mail tracking. Apparently my order was dispatched to royal mail and the details take time to update.... I have at this point asked for either a full refund or my order sending immediately. Still no change to the royal mail tracking details..I have even asked if they are under a different tracking number. It would be easier to drive there and pick up my package an hour away at this point.

Thank you for your order and very sorry for the delay. The tracking updated very late and the order is showing as delivered the day after the above review. Unfortunately due to the increased workload in the network, delays are frequent following bank holiday.

I ordered a pack of 5 non adhesive…

I ordered a pack of 5 non adhesive padded 10 x 10 dressings, most chemists do not stock them as they are a bit expensive but Easymeds price was competitive, easy to place an order online and delivery was prompt so happy to recommend Easymeds and will definitely order from them again.
