Honestly its a solid service for the price. I had alot of trouble with my old provider but easy send has been much more consistent. setup was easy and i didnt need any help from support yet which is a good sign I guess.

I’ve been using EasySendSMS for a bit…
I’ve been using EasySendSMS for a bit and it’s been pretty easy to work with. The dashboard is simple and I didn’t really need a tutorial to figure it out. Sending bulk messages is quick and it’s been reliable so far.

It is the best choice I ever made for my sales strategy hands down
Stop wasting money on those giant phone companies right now. I was paying crazy high fees for basic text marketing until a friend told me about this site. Their prices are super cheap but the quality is honestly way better than what I had before. You get so much more value for every dollar you spend with them.My favorite thing is how they handle texts sent to other countries without messing up the words. I send a ton of sales texts in different languages and the special letters work perfectly every time. The scheduling tool is also super helpful for planning out my weekend texts ahead of time. I just upload my list of numbers and the system handles the rest while I am asleep.Customer service even helped me set up my tracking links when I got a little confused. They were super nice and did not make me feel dumb for asking questions. It is the best choice I ever made for my sales strategy hands down 👍

Support answered my help ticket right away too.

J’ai ouvert un compte chez easysendsms . Fait de nombreux tests pour vérifier le fonctionnement. Le fonctionnement des envois SMS est inexistant, après politesse j’ai contacté le support. Rien à faire . J’ai fait appel à un développeur pour vérifier le bon paramètrage . C’EST UN ARNAQUE

Nous sommes sincèrement surpris par votre commentaire, car notre plateforme traite un volume important de SMS quotidiennement sans problème de livraison sur nos routes actives.
À ce jour, nous ne trouvons aucune demande de support ou ticket correspondant à la situation décrite. Afin de vérifier sérieusement votre cas, nous vous invitons à nous fournir des informations précises (nom d’utilisateur, date d’envoi, identifiants de messages ou ticket support).
Concernant la livraison des SMS, plusieurs facteurs externes peuvent influencer la réception (contenu du message, type de route utilisée, restrictions opérateurs, etc.), même si le statut apparaît comme “delivered”.
Nous restons bien entendu disponibles pour analyser votre cas en détail et vous proposer une solution adaptée, mais nous avons besoin d’éléments concrets pour pouvoir vous aider.

This website is a scam
This website is a scam, I tried to send multiple SMS to me, my friend, they allow you to send 15 free SMS to check they are legit. After receiving them you feel safe, so you top up balance and then, SMS never arrives to anyone anymore even if showing up as "delivered". I tried to contact them in multiple ways, chat support, WhatsApp support, I opened ticket but for a week no reply. Somehow, before they found out I'm contacting about that issue, they were replying in minutes. So don't expect anyone to help you there, give any refund, they will only run away with money.

Scam: No delivery, No refund, No support
This has become a scam service.
I used their services about 5 years ago, or a long time ago, they were fine.
I tried using their services again in 2025: none of the SMS actually delivered, their delivery rate statistics are deliberately false.
I got zero clicks on the link in the SMS.
It is statistically impossible for there to be 0 clicks.
I contacted support, in response they accused me of spam without any proof, suspended my account and stopped responding.
My money is stolen.
That said, it wasn't spamming at all, it was my personal customers giving me consent to be notified. I know my clients personally.
First of all — the service does not serve its function, and in the end steals users' money when they realize that the service does not work.

Concerning account restrictions, actions such as suspension are only applied in cases where traffic may violate operator policies or regulations. These measures are in place to protect network integrity and ensure compliance, not to avoid support.
We also strongly reject the claim that delivery statistics are manipulated or that funds are “stolen.” All account activity and balances are fully logged and transparent.

Not even a single SMS being sent, the service is absolute trash and support refuses to refund the money. They reasoning "you should have checked the coverage list" i already checked and countries am trying to send SMS is already supported based on coverage list. Trash and scam service. If you paid with paypal, request an chargeback.

While SMS can be successfully delivered to recipients, click rates depend on many external factors such as content, audience targeting, timing, and user behavior — and are not guaranteed.
We are also unable to find any account or support request matching the volume mentioned (10,000 SMS). For us to properly investigate, please provide your username, sending date, and message IDs or campaign details.
Our platform handles high volumes of SMS traffic daily across multiple routes, and delivery reports are directly based on operator responses.

Be careful with this service, it's a complete scam. No SMS messages are sent after a real deposit, and when you contact them via email or WhatsApp, they pretend not to understand the problem by asking for examples like the content of your SMS or the numbers. However, even their SMS export service doesn't work. They act as if they don't have access to an SMS account history, and so on, all just to avoid helping you. Avoid this service; the staff is disrespectful.
