I made a custom fabric banner to fit the top side of a gazebo for a themed birthday party. As the dimensions were a lot narrower than that of a standard banner, there was a bit of bunching in the stitching which also would have been due to the slight stretch in the material but overall the colours were vibrant and it was exactly what i was after.

Hi Natasha,
Thank you for your review!
We have tried calling and emailing you regarding your order, but couldn't reach you.
I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to leave a 4-star review for our fabric banners. I apologize that there was some bunching, as these are hand hemmed this can sometimes occur. I have passed this feedback on to our production manager.
Thank you for the photo, the banner looked great set up on the gazebo! I hope the party turned out well.
As a gesture of goodwill, I have raised a $20 credit to be used on future purchases.
Kind regards,
Monica
Great quality, extremely quick turn around and direct shipping. Can't beat that .... and on top of it all, the service received is second to none as well. Congratulations and thank you.

Very happy with the final product, excellent quality. The sample images shown on the website made it easy to choice between the styles.
Good printing, good price, excellent staff communication only downside is budget material is extremely budget and very thin.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for leaving such a kind review!
We are pleased to hear our staff were able to go above and beyond to assist you with completing this order.
However we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the thickness of the 120gsm fabric banner.
Whilst we do try to make ensure our customers are aware of the differences in materials with comparison photos on the website demonstrating the appearance when held up in the sun, we understand that this may not have been too clear and it is definitely feedback I will be passing on to management to reflect on.
Thanks again for choosing Easy Signs for your signage needs. We hope to make your next order worthy of 5 stars!
Kind Regards,
Ella
