Main page is public & not easily customizable
There are no settings from keeping your page private (only the album), no ability to allow guests to enter their information if they wanted to, and no clear instructions to refund. I did a trial with another site and that was so much better so I didn’t even bother using this Service for my event. It would be nice to have a trial rather than paying to find out that it doesn’t have the features that are desired.

We’d like to clarify a few points for future customers. EasyWeddingAlbum does include privacy settings for the album, including the ability to hide photos from guests and manage photo visibility. The public event page is designed to make it easy for guests to access the upload experience via the QR code, but we understand your feedback about wanting more customization and clearer privacy options for that page.
Regarding refunds, we do handle them when customers contact us directly. However, we could not find any support message from you before this review, so we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to help, clarify the features, or offer a solution.
