Surreal make a great product that I really enjoy for a fair price. I've had a couple of issues with deliveries in the time I've been a customer too (always at my end) and their customer service has been fantastic, over and above

Great food, great humor, all id say is the portion sizes of the boxes do not reflect the price, it seems a little more expensive than it should for such small boxes of cereal.

So easy to manage your subscription and make changes to what you want. I love that you build up rewards and I got £10 of my box this month. Great products and as a diabetic, I can now eat cereal again!

As a small company these people have one of the best services I have ever experienced.
They deserve to succeed and I'll be using them for many years to come.

Great range of cereal and flavours. Promotion for 8 boxes of cereal including a bowl and spoon actually worked out expensive. It is disappointing that a cereal packet is only 240g which is approximately 5 bowls . These boxes wouldn’t even last 1 week.

I am something of a cereal aficionado, and have been eating the stuff (the good stuff) for decades. I know my Blueberry Morning from my Only Berries, and my Lucky Charms from my Marshmallow Matey's. I've eaten thousands of boxes of the stuff, from British brands and US brands mostly, to some European ones thrown in for good measure. So, why am I telling you all of this? Because when I say Surreal's Frosted cereal is one of the worst-tasting cereals I've ever tried, you know there's some serious benchmarking going on! I have given two-stars because I did try their Cinnamon cereal and it was just a little bit better than the frosted one, but still, pretty awful. Both left a horrible synthetic aftertaste. The cereal pieces are hard, like, really hard to chew/crunch. The aftertaste which I assume is the protein powder, is nauseating after a few spoonfuls. The fact that you've got to pay a premium for this experience only adds insult to injury. I understand the premise - here's a healthier option for those out there who need that sweet-treat fix, but without all the downside, like type 2 diabetes (which I have, by the way, so I REALLY wanted to enjoy these.) But, I've just had to do without cereal as-of-late, because these certainly cannot be stomached and what was left in the boxes, unfortunately, went straight into the bin.

Great taste, good sized boxes so it won’t go stale before I have a chance to eat it and it does go soggy as soon as it sees milk! Brilliant stuff, can’t wait to try more flavours on my next order

Subscribe so get a reduction. Easy to adapt delivery timings and which flavour cereals you want. However, 'In Post' is taking over from Yodel. With Yodel you were given a 2 hour window which was always met in our case. It was also possible to track the driver on a map and know how many deliveries they had before yours. To get the 'In Post' delivery window I had to download the app. It gave me an early afternoon window. When it elapsed I checked the app and the window was now late afternnoon. I think Surreal need to get customer feedback for the new company as potentially having an unreliable delivery service may effect their sales.

This delivery I actually had to get early but that was no problem I went onto my account choose the ones I wanted and all sorted and arrived before we had a bare cupboard. Worth trying various ones as there are ones I would always buy and ones that I just won’t buy but there are always options if the ones I want. I like doing a mix bowl with high protein yogurt chia seeds gojo berries and and any fresh fruit we have in the fridge. It doesn’t have to be for breakfast either 😻

I really enjoy the granolas and most of the cereals, would definitely recommend.
It might take a while to figure out which ones are for you but once find them you’ll never look back.
