Ordered a selection and received two boxes of the same item, instead of one of each. Saw another review where the customer had the same issue with the system making an error to reached out to customer services, who said they had not had this issue before (reviews say otherwise) and I could return them at my OWN EXPENSE for a swap. Not great customer service.

My issue is a misleading ad where the woman is blindfolded and the suggestion is that these bars taste like Mars bars. I took a chance - I liked those gooey suckers and still feel wistful after 12 yrs of being plant-based. Well they don't taste anything like it. They are not bad, just set up impossible expectations. The caramel one tastes of chemicals. I liked the dryness of the mocha one. Delivery was prompt.

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Starter box has lots of variety of flavours, so far all are delicious.

Delicious products, great customer service

I had a challenging time getting a response from Vive over concerns of their claim the bars are "sweetened with fruit' but ingredients show sugar and left a low start score. I have since heard from them and their customer service has since been spot on, and a full refund received so adjusted to 4*.

Delivery took longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait as the bars are delicious. Will definitely order again, just hope they arrive sooner!

First order never arrived and no reply customer services. Another customer had same problem in january too

Just not for me I guess. I liked maybe 4 flavours out of the box, 2 of these I loved. Such a shame.
I can't tell whether I can order a specific flavour from the website, as I circled round and round for ages but could only find the taster box. And given that there were 3 cherry flavours in the box that I don't like, and 1 fruity one that I thought was so bland its not really worth the cost to buy a box of different flavours.
I wished I liked them, I really hoped I would but I was disappointed.

Speedy delivery. Great range of flavours. Like them all, esp the Dubai one.

Had a mix up on 1st order as ordered Gooey Caramel but system ordered mixed box , Customer service rectified this sending me a box of gooey goodness , these bars should be a stand alone product .They are amazing!! I will definitely be subscribing for a regular delivery .10/10 🙂

I have tried many different flavours of Vive bars! To be honest some i have loved more than others but have never disliked any!! These are the most amazing bars I have every tried and always love receiving flavour of the month!Highly recommend these you won't be disappointed 💜

I can't rate the chocolate because it hasn't arrived. I have been trying to contact the company in multiple ways with no response. If anyone sees this, will you please fulfil your order (180809). Thanks.

Great tasting, 5 stars from the 2 vegans, 2 veggies and 2 meat eaters in my family. Was slightly skeptical about what these would taste like after tasting lots of cardboard like vegan and veggie snacks but the positive reviews for vive are there for a reason, will be ordering these again.

I’ve just had the fortune of trying the Vive Dubai chocolate bars and they are simply delicious! Very more-ish indeed! So pleased to have found a vegan version of this. I’m addicted to it! Fantastic flavour.

Tasty and more nutritious than your average chocolate bars. Lots of yummy flavours suitable for vegans and gluten-free.

The overall purchase of these bars from start to finish is faultless. The order arrived very quickly, safely boxed with no additional cost for delivery.

The bars themselves are tasty, moreish and great value they cater for all tastes with many flavours including vegan friendly. These bars are great for a nice treat or perfect to give you a bit of energy throughout the day.

I have had quite a few orders from VIVE and the taste of the bars are so Morish and the service is excellent those who have not made an order yet, do it you will astounded with the tasty bars and you will order more

Ordered a mixed box that was on offer in December,but with the Christmas postal delay only got to try them in the new year ( no fault to the company posting out ) These are just gorgeous especially the peanut butter one for me , still got quite a few flavours to try . I'm not normally a sweet fan but these just tick the box when I get a craving and much healthier than reaching for a normal chocolate bar. Highly recommended company and highly recommended sweet treat .

Amazing bars, so tasty and good for protein without crazy calories. Well priced and quick delivery.

Took my money and didn’t fulfil the order.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago with Royal Mail 24 hour delivery and have still not received my order.

Reached out to the company multiple times via email and social media to no response. When they did eventually get back to me they promised it would be despatched that day, this was 3 days ago and I still have not received my order.

Their product is delicious but the company and its customer service is absolutely appalling. As much as I enjoy the product, I will never purchase it again (even through 3rd party retailers) and will never recommend it to anyone.

I gave them multiple opportunities to reconcile the issue and they have made no such effort.
