0/5. Terrible quality. Bars were out of date and dry. No response to my enquiry. I would not recommend this product.

Really nice bars not particularly low in sugar but it is dark chocolate and some of the sugar is from dates and chicory fibre. Arrived as expected. Like all the flavours . Yummy.

My complaint is not about the bars themselves, because I really like them. My problem is the variety packs. The variety pack of the protein bars was set to three specific flavours (hazelnut, salted caramel and peanut butter). The peanut butter one is alright, but I would have preferred to have been able to choose three flavours. So, I had to settle for those three and also usually purchase the flavour of the month.

A short while back, however, the design of the website and packaging changed, and so did the variety pack. Now, you get a random mix of all flavours. I'm really not keen the peanut butter jelly flavour, but oh well, right? You get what you're given now. On that basis, 3 stars is now lucky. I would give less because of this, but because I actually like the products in general, I'm giving a generous 3. If I were able to choose which three flavours I wanted in a variety pack, I could have given a 4 or perhaps even a 5. I suggest the owners really give some thought to this if they'd like to make more customers happy and raise the pretty low rating (at the time of writing this).

So I saw these on FB & thought I’ll buy some to try .. that was on the 22nd of January, I’ had an order update with a tracking number on the 24th for Royal Mail. They still haven’t received my parcel that was 7 days & still nothing..
I’ve contacted vive through several times and they haven’t bothered to respond.

Having seen a 'Veganuary' offer of their protein bars, I ordered (or so I thought) one box of peanut butter, and one of salted caramel. What arrived were two complete mish mashes of all kinds of bars! The boxes CLEARLY read 'Peanut Butter', and 'Salted Caramel' respectively. I wrote to them, and some character by the name of Pavel (who clearly struggles with the meaning of English words) replied that I'd ordered two 'Bundles'! Yes, a bundle of each type, one would be excused for expecting! I sent a photo of each box and a screenshot of a definition of the word 'Bundle.' This was after they'd continued to argue against my point. The bars themselves, although not what I was expecting, are pretty nice, but not all to my taste flavour-wise. Aside from them being churned out by the Sub-continent to wind us all up with their patronising and inability to understand/solve problems I don't know where/why these companies get these annoying fools from.

Wow! I haven't shopped with Vive for a while. However, I decided to purchase Raspberry dream offcuts, it stated 'a bag' but they were loose with some squashed in the box they were delivered in. I also purchased a bag of Vive unwrapped 750g. I've mostly been happy with previous orders. This was not a positive experience. As mentioned above, the raspberry dream offcuts were loose in the box, with no protection from the 750g bag of unwrapped. Many were flattened and squashed, pretty tasteless too. The bag of 'unwrapped' was undamaged, but with a use-by date of 9th November 2022 and received on 31st October 2022. Come on VIVE, that's ridiculous! 9 days!! Never again. An absolute waste of money. Not quite sure what's happening with production, quality, and packaging but this experience was beyond bad!

No response to emails, it is really disappointing to see as I prefer supporting small buisness. Ordered their loose 750gr pack (nearly 1kg) and when it arrived it had an expiry date that was about 2 weeks, I would have expected a couple of months at least as there's no way I can get through it in that period and sad to pay a high price for food which won't be at it's best quality so shortly.

Nice bars but leaving this for scammy website/promo practices. Only allowing the discount code to be applied one at the time. Not cool

I love Vive protein bars and my order of the flavour of this month has just arrived and definitely did not disappoint - Peanut Butter Cookie Dough - I mean what's not to like! It's delicious! Vive - please make this a regular.

Absolutely wonderful protein bar! no synthetic or strange aftertaste and they are soft and delicious to eat. The chocolate coating is thick and tastes great.
The calorie content may be a bit high, compared to the size (200-227 kcal.).

I am allergic to milk, and these say they contain traces of milk, unfortunately I react to them.

Really tasty, but I have a strong stomach pain after eating even a half of a bar. I tried to purchase different bars but always got the same result - a strong stomach pain.

Love having a bag of the offcuts in the cupboard.. love that they are working on reducing waste and also making all packaging environmentally friendly! And flavour of the month... so good!

The most delicious bars I have ever eaten. Love the crunchy nuts, the flavours, the delicious chocolate and texture. Absolutely perfect. Please don’t change them.

I've brought so many vive bars, I tell my friends to get them all the time. They are a really great company also. But today I'm a bit disappointed as I hit flavour of the month, apricot flavour... But I can't taste any apricot. And the amount of whole nuts in this one is so much. Even more then usual. Please consider making a smooth option, that has only soft fruit pieces. The whole nuts are too much, too hard, it actually hurt my tooth. Love the company and bars but some adjustments would make them perfect. X

Honestly the best tasting vegan bar (or otherwise) out there. All natural, unlike other protein bars with artificial sweeteners that hurt my stomach. I love their bars and brownies. The company has an excellent ethos and often have great deals.

I love these bars, the best I've eaten, the only thing I would say I'm not keen is the crunchy pieces inside, nuts, it would be awesome to have a smooth option. The crunchy pieces stop me from buying more, but I do love the flavours. They are the most tasty bars.

Honestly my favourite vegan protein bars. No nasty protein aftertaste at all and incredible flavours. Highly recommend.

Great tasting bars but this will be my last order as delivery times range from a week to almost 3 weeks, no communication from vive as far as enquiries go so clearly they have too many customers to care enough.

So glad to have found this wee gem of a company, delicious and healthy plant based snacks which are high in protein and absolutely delicious!
