The instructors seem very knowledgeable and approachable, I look forward to learning from them

Had an issue accessing part of the course and an email to the support team was acted upon within minutes (and out of hours!) meaning I could carry on learning at my pace and at my time

Thanks Martin, I really appreciate your help. Y'all are the best and I can't say enough about the responsiveness to we aspiring bassists. I'm thrilled to be here as a student at eBass+

Cheers, Mike

Ebassguitar is simply a great site. I moved from Worship Drummer (after years) to bass guitar (no prior experience) The lessons are well designed and easy to follow. I can go back and review them as many times as I want. Customer service is outstanding. They are very responsive and resolve an issue quickly. In my case, there have only been two issues for customer service; they were both technical glitches that were easily resolved.

James' method is ideal for older learners no matter what stage you are at with your playing. His teaching is clear and well developed covering all aspects of the bass guitar from theory to technique, maintenance, equipment etc.
I find the courses to be reasonably priced and structured with the books being good value, there is also a wealth of free info and videos too.
There are no silly Insta/Facebook/Youtube presenter shenanigans either, just thoughtful and well presented.
If you are considering learning or improving your bass playing I strongly recommend having a good look at ebassguitar to see if it suits you, James and his team are always there to give you sound and unbiased support.

Incredibly quick response to a question with a very personal touch. very impressed when comparing with other popular on line bass platforms.

prima uitleg voor beginners die basgitaar gaan spelen.
veel informatie te vinden om je techniek te verbeteren.
echt een aanrader

Good webinar about bass playing for older people. Highlighted the social aspect and the neuroplasticity that comes with learning an isntrument

Apparemment cela devient une usine à gaz et c'est bien dommage.

I use & recommend the Bass Lab Plus subscription because of the amount of info in one place, James teaching style and the summer rate value ($99). It is easy to go back to and refresh previously used lessons.

The courses are excellent. Well packaged, lots of content with high-quality production.

I’ve had a couple of enquiries since signing up for the program and I’ve always received prompt responses and help.

These folks at eBassGuitar are just the Best! Fast, courteous, and friendly!!!
More than I can say for my experience with SBL (Scotts Bass Lessons).

I just started learning bass guitar about a year and half ago. I started by searching the internet for lessons and how to start. James's videos helped me a lot, and that lead me to subscribe. There is a lot of value in it; step by step instructions, arpeggios which I still practice almost daily, webinars which are great and downloadable materials.

They got back to with a response quickly and sent me a direct link to what I was looking for. Very helpful.

The support is always there when needed and the response is always quick.
There is so much material, you can never stop learning and it's structured in a way that helps you become a better bass player, with lessons that help you improve in a constructive way, so you learn what you really need to know and what is fundamentally important to becoming a bass player.

Simple way to contact, clear videolessons and frienly tone

The best online bass lessons I have encountered.
Clear instructions presented in a structured way to allow steady progress

As a moderate guitarist in my 80's, wanting to pursue the Bass Guitar, knowing some basics on the bass, yet needing to move further ahead, I have been searching for the right instructor and with the hundreds of offers online I became overwhelmed trying to seek out one that could work for me. After many web visits I decided James of ebassguitar.com showed sincerity and down-to-earth concern for someone like me. Glad I did, I feel confident that I am on the right path to definitely becoming a Not-To-Shabby bass player. I'm happy, for sure. Thank you, James, and satff.
