Dozens of daily SMS' via generic numbers you cannot block, dozens of daily emails and nobody cares.
They don't respect anyone !

they'll make it as hard as possible to get a product fixed

My girlfriend got me a Bang Bang range bag for my birthday last year. Unfortunately, after about 6 months of fairly light use, I went to put the bag over my shoulder to head to a match, and the shoulder strap carabiner that clips the strap to the bag broke off. The little plastic tabs that retain the carabiner in the swivel on the strap sheared off. I contacted Eberlestock and after several emails back and forth and pictures sent, they agree to replace it. However, rather than just ship me the broken part, which I could quite easily snap into the swivel, myself, they required me to ship the entire strap to them, at my expense, in order for the carabiner to be "installed on the strap". All in all, this has taken around 4 hours of my time for communication / shipping, as well as the price of shipping them the strap, which is just unnecessary.

I use this to carry all my competition/range gear so mostly it just gets toted around at matches and to the range (duh). It is surprising that this part broke because on the day it snapped, my bag had a single pistol, ear/eye pro, a UV hoodie, and 300rounds of 124gr 9mm. Hardly an unusual or extraordinary load for a range bag, IMHO. Disappointed in the quality of the product as well as in the customer service. Shop elsewhere if you dont want to spend your money and time getting parts fixed, i guess.

Over a decade with Eberlestock

After over a decade of testing gear in various terrains Eberlestock stands out the most, along with Hazard 4. From the Gun runner, Switchblade, and Sniper bag the bags hold up and outperform most on the market, through numerous deployments and personal shooting competitions, their gear has yet to fail. Now most of my original gear is used in SWAT and still holds true.

Shipping can be a little lax in peak seasons and when sales are on, however this is to be expected from a small business.

Customer service has always provided a 24-48 hr response to emails and have always promptly answered any and all questions about their gear.

My personal only gripe is that they discontinued the Sidewinder AR case, however was emailed stating this would be making a return with a redesign.

100% will continue and highly recommend their products to everyone.

This company is not dependable.

I ordered a bag on 12/1/24. While I waited for shipping confirmation, I was continually bombarded with Eberlestock advertising. After I inquired about my order status, I was assured it would ship “today or tomorrow”. Today (the day after tomorrow) I received an email advising that my ordered item is out of stock. This is actually the second time this company has underperformed in exactly the same manner. I would not have given Eberlestock a second chance, but my ordered item was a requested Christmas present for my
son, a recent Army veteran. I won’t make this mistake again.

Ordered 3 bags on short notice for a…

Ordered 3 bags on short notice for a trip. Purchased them through Amazon and the purchase included 2-day Prime shipping. The bags were supposed to arrive the day before we left for the trip, but apparently were not delivered to the carrier (USPS) in time, and thus did NOT make it before our trip. Here's the thing, I have a ton of respect for the product and the folks behind the brand. Love what they make and what they do. But, if you're going to reap the rewards of selling on Amazon, then you better be able to deliver what you say you'll deliver (in this case, 2-day shipping). And you probably shouldn't be using USPS for that--you should probably be using UPS. Yeah, it's going to cost you more, but that's the nature of the business. If you want to play the game then do it right.

Sours me on the whole Eberlestock product range because if you can't sort something as simple as shipping, how am I to trust the products you're putting out there?

Shipping time ridiculous

Never had one of their packs. Finally broke down and ordered one. 3 day (2 business) to put my order in a box and label it 3 days and counting for the carrier to receive it. Slow email support response.(read none)

Won't order direct again.

I am from Canada, and it was hard to find the gear I wanted, so I went directly to the eberlestock website, ordered my stuff, and it all showed 4 days later.
I would recommend this site.
I dont know what is up with the other reviews, I had no problems they were very easy to deal with.

No one cares in customer service

Placed an order on Monday July 20th 2020 and its now the 27th. Emailed them several times wondering why they havent shipped the Bandit pack i ordered. No emails back to me and when i call their phones are always busy and no one calls you back. Horrible customer service. Top of the line pack with 3rd world service got to figure out how to get a refund i guess!

Bad business

I was wondering about placing an order until I spoke with Jackson, he promised me an additional 25 % regardless of the black friday offer.

But he told me that he needed it an order number and would then refund me 25% of the total amount.

My total amount was 350$ But 70$ was because of shipment cost.
So my total amount was 280 witch I was promised the 25 %.

After I made my order confirmation I posted him my order number, he I only got a refund of 17$ witch is not even close to 25 %..

Dont order anything or trust "Jackson" with the offer he give you .

Just to mention, he came up with bad excuse that there already was a discount price on the product. But that was not what he said in the first place before he made me order the product.
