Stay away from this company. They are full of crap. The system don’t work, you have to open 3 tickets per day and if you are lucky they will solve you 1.

Impressive waste of money and time.

I used it for 6 months and try every way to make it work. I never seen a company bad like this.

I regret signing up for EBizCharge. The sales pitch sounded great, but once you’re actually inside the system it’s a mess. The platform feels extremely outdated — like early-2000s software that’s been patched together over time. Multiple logins, different admin areas that don’t feel connected, clunky navigation, and bugs that make you question whether anything is actually configured correctly. This is not something I would ever trust with real money or a serious business workflow.

What really pushed this over the edge for me was billing and cancellation. After deciding the product didn’t work for our business, I followed the cancellation process and returned the required paperwork. Despite that, charges continued. On top of EBizCharge fees, I started seeing separate “merchant fees” pulled directly from our bank account under vague descriptors tied to TSYS/TransFirst / Global Payments. The way these charges show up on statements makes them very hard to trace or audit unless you spend a lot of time digging.

When I contacted the processor, they said they couldn’t stop billing unless EBizCharge initiated it. So you’re stuck in a loop where the company taking the money tells you to talk to EBizCharge, and EBizCharge is slow or unresponsive — meanwhile the debits keep happening. That kind of friction feels intentional, and it puts small businesses in a really uncomfortable position.

Bottom line: the software itself is dated and frustrating, and the billing structure is confusing enough that it creates real risk. The only thing they seem to do well is sales. If you’re considering EBizCharge, I strongly recommend doing deep due diligence and being very cautious — especially around cancellation terms and how fees are actually withdrawn.

I have been with EBIZCharge for a year. I Love that my bill is so precise and the exact rate I was promised every month. I get my funds fast and have been taken care of every step of the way. I have friendly customer service and there are no weird charges.

I tried their merchant processing for several months and determined that it would not work better than what I currently have. I called and emailed the sales rep who opened my account and he assured me over the phone that there would not be any further charges after 30 days. So I expected to pay fees for one more month. However after that time had elapsed I kept getting charged. I called again, and spoke with different team members who promised me that they would take care of it. Now three months later I am still receiving bills from them for a service that I attempted to cancel months ago.
