Simon could not have been better! I accidentally ordered the wrong print and reached out to change to the correct one. Typically responses are delayed or I’d have to exchange for the correct one down the line which would absolutely devastate and little 6 year old boy. But Simon actioned everything quickly and communicated efficiently. I was so happy with my experience.

Poor quality wrong description on items so basically having people buy things thinking they’re getting one thing and getting a completely different. I will not recommend anyone order through this website.

The curtains I purchased look exactly like the pictures and is thick good quality. Shipping was faster than expected as well. Highly recommended!

I received the blanket fast. It is very soft to the touch.

The item was made on panel you can't even see one of the letters so instead of reading Charlotte reads charhotte the L was folded to the back of the panel and stitched in so you can't see it. I contacted them many times to get a replacement and they kept giving me the same response claiming that's how the curtains are made and if I want they can make a single panel which is not what I want it was advertised as Charlotte hornets not charhotte to this day no resolution

They sent the wrong product and when they were told I received one message which I responded to in order to clarify and never received any further communication from them.

The product was nice but too short for my door and I couldn’t return it because the shipping was just about what I paid for it and they told me I had to pay for it myself.

Great bed set. Kids loved it.

Very expensive for very poor quality. I will not order again. Even the print aid not 3d as you claim. The colors are not vibrant. Very disappointed.
