So fast. My order went through at 2.30pm on a Fri and I thought I wouldn't get it till mon/Tues. It came sat morning. Delighted. Prices & selection is great.

Second to none service

Easy to use the app online next day delivery. So quick and I use this service so much if I forget to ask for my parcel to be left at back door the man from DPD knows me by now and automatically leaves them there for me .

Poor Customer Service & Poor Quality

As you can see in a good few other reviews, this company is great for speedy delivery, but as soon as there is any kind of problem don’t even bother contacting the customer service as they are useless and unhelpful.

I have purchased with this company a lot and was always very happy but lately the quality of the products received was just very poor. Whilst I would buy an IVG Plus Bar in the local shop, which lasts for 2-3 days the same IVG Plus Bar purchased on this website didn’t even last a day.

When contacting customer service I was told, I should review the way I am vaping. Again I’m talking about the exact same product bought in 2 different places, so I’m pretty sure it’s not the way I vape.
Today I opened my last out of 16 IVG Plus Bars recently purchased in this online store and it literally died within 35 minutes after taking the first puff.

I would have been a returning customer if I would have received some bit of customer service, even if they would just reassured they would look into it, try the product or check with their suppliers but trying to blame their customer to be vaping incorrectly is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi Julia, as we explained to you, the IVG Bar Plus and the Lost Mary you mentioned in your emails are two different devices/products. Completely different construction, different air intake/different amount of air and a different coil.

You also wrote in emails that we are selling some old IVG Bar Plus model because you have a newer one in your local store. This is a very interesting thing because the manufacturer denies that there is such a thing as an old and a new version of this product. Another thing is that in the first order you bought 6 IVG Bar Plus and since they were defective you didn't let me know, in the next order you bought 10 and all 16 last for only 2-3 hours. Does that mean they are all defective? A very interesting thing because we sell thousands of them a week and it has never happened that there were so many defective ones in the same flavor in a row. Yes, there are individual pieces. But in a row 16 and all defective in the same way? We asked the manufacturer and he said it's not possible.

Please pay attention to how long you puff and the length of the breaks between puffs. remember that not every product has to suit you and your vaping style. We are very happy that Lost Mary meets your requirements.

I've been using ecigarettes site to order vape, juices and supply's for over a year and have always got good deals and fast delivery, once I had four juices missing from delivery and they refunded the money and next day emailed to say it wasn't in stock. Will definitely continue to order from here

Bad service when there is an issue

The updates regarding orders are great, from the company and dpd. The delivery service is amazing. I'm in Co. Clare and I have my products usually within 24-48 hours without fail.UPDATE the above is true, but if you have a faulty good sent to you forget it, they are not accommodating. In fact the opposite, treat you like you're a fool and don't know how to work the item
It was fresh out of box and did not work.

Just to be clear, I will paste our correspondence. Please note that the customer did not send any photos.

Vivienne: My last one which I was replacing, was only on a couple of weeks, and the 3 lights flashed indicating connection faulty between clerimizer and battery. Cleaned it etc, tried on 2 batteries, didn't work.
ECW: The Q14 Clearomizer has a replaceable coil. There is no need to replace the entire clearomizer every time you just replace the little coil that wears out. 3 lights may indicate that one of the pins has been pushed too much and the battery is not connected to the clearomizer.
Vicienne: I ordered this new one and the connection is fine, as lights working properly and you can hear the battery engage but stops after a second and no pull at all. The only thing I can think is that the coil must be faulty.
ECW: Each Q14 clearomizer has an airflow ring with which you can set the amount of air that flows in.
If the coil worked for a while and then stopped working, it may mean that it was burnt and should be replaced with a new one. Please see video manual: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBqs4Yej4Mo

This company is the best company

This company is the best company I've ever used for vape juice. Every purchase you make they give you points and you can choose something for free when you build up your points..They also give a Free bottle of nic shot with my vape juice.they ship everything so quickly and I received a damaged bottle that leaked and they straight away sent out a new one... absolutely brilliant service!!!

Order not being sent out

I placed an order from this company on the 30th of september, it is now the 9th of October and when I click to track parcel on the website it just says “payment accepted” no dispatch or anything I’ve send a direct message to them via email and their website. When ordering juice and coils etc. I usually buy from hale and it is shipped out in a couple of days. Not happy please respond and give me the order or refund!!

Your payment was held by PayPal for over a week and then they returned to us with a message suggesting a refund as this Parcel Motel address was often used for fraudulent purposes. If you provide a different address, we will are more than happy to do business with you. Regards

Don‘t judge a book by it‘s cover

Ps.: there is an update to this review and I think it‘s fair to give E Cigarettes World a credit.

I had ordered an iStick Amnis there and everything went great. As I wanted to replace some of my devices and test the Vaporesso I looked to see who had a great selection in Ireland, so I ordered from E-Cigarettes World, big mistake. On the 3rd of September I was informed that my device plus liquid had been shipped. DPD tracking said it was on its way and on 5th of September I got an email that my delivery would be with me on the 6th. Monday passed and so did Tuesday. I then called DPD to find out where my package was. They told me to wait until Wednesday and then contact the retailer. I sent the first email on Wednesday, but there was no response. Thursday the second mail, no reaction. Friday I tried to reach someone by phone, but each time I got an answering machine. I wrote another mail with the threat that if I didn't get an answer within an hour, I would contact my bank. Suddenly something moved, I was forwarded an email in which someone asked his colleagues to inform me about the whereabouts and how long it would take to get the goods, in short, that was the last I heard. I set a deadline of Monday, and if I don't hear anything, I'll contact my bank. I have never had any difficulties with any other online shop, especially during the lockdown. This is the second and last time I will order here. For my money, I can get sugar blown up my ass. This is how you successfully prevent customer relations.

Update 15/09/2021

My parcel arrived yesterday and everything was good. As it was a birthday present for myself it was not the best situation. Mistakes can happen all the time but it can be prevented with a better communication but all's well that ends well. As we have the saying in German all good things come in threes maybe I will give it a try in the future.

Hi Wolfram, thank you for your honest opinion. Due to the number of calls, we are not able to answer them all. As soon as we received your email (Friday the 10th) we sent your inquiry to DPD, you were attached to this email. It is known that DPD by the weekend is not working but today is Monday the 13th and the matter will be resolved DPD will either deliver the shipment or we will send a replacement.
