Amazing deals and fast delivery. Much better flavour than any other store. Will continue to keep buying from them, a lot cheaper than other places if you want to buy in bulk, I always get a specific flavour which no shops seem to ever have in, but I’ve always been able to get it from here

Everything is great with ecigstoreuk, I marked it down by one star as you can’t use a credit card for purchases.

Ordered three bottles only two arrived have phoned left message sent an email and have had no reply!!
Will be contacting credit card company

I HOPE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS READ THIS !! Very unprofessional to the point of being scammers! And trying to make out im abusive and unprofessional! Items missing without even a note explaining or a replacement! Don't trust this company they are sending orders with items missing then asking for photo evidence which is a joke

Absolutely terrible.
This company’s customer service and support is atrocious. I contacted them politely on an issue with a product I purchased from them for support on returning it, either through them or to the manufacturer as it is still under warranty. They simply weren’t interested in helping me at all and it was obvious that they weren’t even reading my emails properly.

they haven’t replied to me in 5 days when i have asked why my orders have been in the depot for 4 days amd had 2 failed deliveries still waiting for the 2-3 days shipping nearly a week and a half later

Really frustrating customer service. Paid for 24 hourly delivery. Claimed they posted on time but received it outside of the paid delivery timeframe. No mention of a refund for paying for a service I didn't receive, regardless whether it was there's or there couriers fault.

I won't pay for any delivery service again from here as it's clearly not trusted. The price is good so don't want to give up too quick, but one more hiccup on an order and I'll go elsewhere.

Opened first one of 6 and after 1 hour it stopped working . Could be from old stock or just lack of sales so old . I have asked the question happy too post or share video and vax with serial number . I havnt opened any more and I have emailed them
I was told they were down to manufacturer. I have sent video and am awaiting any other response
No liability from them . No idea if the other 5 will work as don’t want to offer till resolved . I’m happy to forward email response from them to anyone. This is not vindictive as they have sent me a link to comment
I have replied to each email and they have offered me a replacement on next order which I’ve placed
So hopefully my replacement will be with the 3 additional ones ordered
If so then I will amend this as it will be a great customer service

I Can not fault this Company. They Ship Super quick, I got my order in just over 24 hours. I won't shop for my Vapes any Where else.

EDIT: I thought I would add this bit in response to your reply. How you can accuse me of being aggressive when I have only spoken to you on Live Chat I don't know. All I said was it wasn't worth paying to send a £10 order back when you sent the wrong item (20mg nicotine) and I will just leave you the relevant reviews, due to your inability to put things right. I would just say avoid this seller everybody and judge by all the poor reviews.

I ordered 70/30 10mg nicotine liquid. I received 50/50 20mg nicotine liquid. Checked the website that I ordered it correctly and I had and the description said it 70/30. When I contacted them they changed the description to 50/50 and said that I got it wrong, I have witnesses who checked it with me. There customer service is appalling and will definitely not be ordering from them again. I recommend you totally avoid buying from these as per the other reviews.

Delivery was really good, only problem was I only received 14 out of an order of 15.

The customer service is beyond a joke with this "company" the staff cannot even spell properly. They were extremely rude and refused to refund me after they had already breached there terms and conditions (postal times etc) I would avoid this company at all costs, deliverys always turn up wrong or faulty and they lie to you about the postal, avoid at all costs

EDIT: Seen as though I can't reply to the shop or make another post, the only abusive language was from the staff/manager off this shop. I have screenshots off all the proof of anyone would like them, please do not give them a penny more, they don't care about there customers, just making a quick penny. Have also contacted trading standards as have many others

Second time i have ordered vapes and delivery is fast also i love the vapes i get
