Afternoon Tea Group On Voucher

Very very disappointing. This was NOT an afternoon tea. We had to order the food at the counter and had limited options. They didn't allow us to choose any of the sandwiches on the menu!!! Absolutely ridiculous. What afternoon tea doesn't have sandwiches????? We had a tiny pizza which even I could make myself. We waited a very long time for our "lunch" to be prepared and served by a man working all by himself who couldn't even speak basic English.

Appalling customer service.

I am certain they didn't serve us any of the sandwiches or the nicer desserts because of the discounted price on group-on. Horrible!!

Save your money and go to a real afternoon tea!!!!!

Very friendly service, cakes and milkshakes were delicious. Very pretty cafe inst gram worthy ! Really enjoyed the whole experience would definitely recommend.

Absolutely unprofessional. I’ll never order anything again. We agreed cake pick up at 10:30 my husband and son was waiting outside of shop. Shop was close almost 10:45 called at shop mobile no answer. 11:30 i got there told them oh our technical problem that’s why we wouldn’t open. What a bloody joke. At least you need to tell or answer the call. Our party got delay. The guy who took the order so stupid no clue of pricing of the cake.
Test of cake was so poor the sponge was dry hard. 🤮

Food is delicious, the place is small but very pretty just like the photos. It will be nice if you add more room for kids as they like to move around it will be nice if there is area kids safe and they can draw/play.
