This place is a scam do not use - they still have a fraudulent review with my name on their site as a verified customer even though I got a refund due to no services provided. I ordered on 02-25-2026 and was told they had a PCM for me in stock with 2-3 day shipping turn around. A week later they told me it wasn't in stock, but they had a smashed one they were gonna fix to send me. Why would I want a smashed one and how would they expect it to work?! At the time of ordering I left a 4 star review because customer service was easy to reach and the site was easy to navigate and would update to 5 star if everything was received in a timely manner and worked. They edited the second half of my review and posted as a 5 star review - total fraud. When I called them out and let them know I notified my bank they are frauds they immediately refunded my money. Total waste of time - they blame trust pilot for the incorrect review....who knows?.

There isnt a low enough rating to give these guys, im still waiting on directions on how they wanna fix ruining my jeeps ecm..... I spent a year chasing ghost problems and almost 5k later I find out its the e.c.m. they have supposedly rebuilt twice! How do u get it wrong twice. Then they say they will call you back....... the last time it took 5 weeks, this time it has been over three weeks and every time you call they act like they are late for getting off the phone with you. Worst service ever..... now im out the money it took to have them "rebuild" it almost 5 k in diagnostics and the another 2k to fix it right. I would not reccomend to anyone who actually wants ut fixed

After 3 failed attempts trying to buy an ECM, they charged me to return the last one. I tried 3 different ecm's all with different failures. After the 3rd one, they said they didn't have anymore and when I decided to get a refund, they charged me $30 to return the last one that failed. The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying online. You guaranteed it to work then charge me to return it when it don't. This is wrong

These humans are cons you send them the money they send you junk then when you try to get it right they just shine you on. Purchased 6/4/25 it is now 7/24/25 no ecm, no money no HONEST ANSWER JUST LIES AND A PROMISE OF A RETURN CALL THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Proceed at your own risks.

The crew I worked with from start to finished was a very successful team. They checked the ecm before they sent it and it failed. The called me up and said it was going to take a week longer for the parts and wanted to know if I wanted to know if I wanted a refund with it being so long for the repairs to get in or go on and get the parts and do the repairs . I said for them to do the repairs and sure enough the sent it to me and when I fallowed the instructions the truck fired right up super excited to have felt with this company!!! I would recommend this company anytime and if I need to get one again I will come back to this company!!!!!!! Awesome job to you all !!!! Best wishes to you all Kevin.

Could not be happier! Customer service was impeccable and the PCM worked flawlessly! I have heard horror stories about other companies giving you bad ECM/PCM's and taking months to resolve the issues. Not Maks, they had it to me quickly and it works as it should. The price was also great and anyone looking for a quality ECM/PCM rebuilder this is your company. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a rebuilt ECM/PCM. Thanks Mak, I appreciate your attention to detail, hard to find these days.

Ask for pcm not in stock, they put one together and delivered in 2 wks.

Very helpful. Easy process. Easy return of old parts. Only wish the core charge was more. As it is at other places.

Had gotten 3 supposedly rebuilt ECM's from another supplier and all were junk. Either same issue or different. Received our ECM from MAK's and everything was fixed. Apparently others idea of rebuilt is spray painting and repackaged used ECM's. MAK's are actually rebuilt. Great job.

I purchased a TIPM and PCM from MAK'S for my 2014 ram 1500. Both showed up in new condition with no problems at all!

Worked as advertised. Called tech support with some questions and received great customer service

Received on Sat. 10/28 and had problems with it right off the bat. I called the first business day after receiving the tcm was on hold for 20 minutes was then told to leave a message and I would be called back. After 4 hours I received a call back and was told I would get a call from a tech to trouble shoot the following morning. I waited till 1pm the next day and began calling again after being on hold for only 15 minutes someone answered after speaking with them, they told me I needed to talk to a tech, on hold for an additional 10 minutes just to be told they were unable to connect me at this time and a tech would call me back. The following day after still no call back I emailed them with a complete explanation of my problems hoping this avenue of contact would come to fruition. The following day I get this email asking for a rating, really? I'm not going to go back over what my problem is because I've already explained that in detail in my email yesterday 10/2. In frustration and needing the vehicle I got a known good tcm out of a year newer same model jeep with a blown motor and all is good except I'm stuck with a $272 paperweight. UPDATE: After a week of emails they pretty much did make it right with $242 refund.

Do Not do business with these people. They send you an old junk ECM. Then when you return it they charge you a rental fee. I could tell that mine was not rebuilt because you could see rust. This is a total scam.

Plug n Play. It don't get better than that.

ECM was not rebuilt but rather, cleaned up and possibly programmed. It did work as advertised however and the ZJ runs well after installation.
Processing and Shipping took quite a while, 10+ days to ship.
Overall satisfied with the purchase as the price was fair for a working, albeit non-rebuilt ECM.
