EcoMove consistantly deliverinbg on smiles.

EcoMove has consistantly delivered on out-of-scope work for my business, it would be fair to say that I can attribute a fair bit of my companies progress this year to their continued support. Mark, Nilloy and Rich have never failed to impress and even when there are hiccups I find no cause for panic as they seem to be able to figure out of the box solutions. A massive thank you from all of us here at Yuba Bikes UK

It has relit my enthusiasm for biking

It has relit my enthusiasm for biking. Cant wait to get on it even in freezing conditions. Everything said about this bike is true, quality parts well put together. I still get a work out but when the wind blows it's great that the power assist kicks in to maintain speed. Although the bike is heavy it rides beautifully, ergonomics are great and everyone at work thinks it's great as well.

Bought a part for pure air gen2

Bought a part for pure air gen2 that was not easy to get a nightmare trying to find correct mudguard.searched everywhere and found it on ecomove. Was kept informed every step of the way. Mudguard a perfect fit .Nobody in my area touches e-scooters so I have to do my own repairs. No more loud banging after a drop kerb🤣 mudguard was cracked . Got a perfect replacement Thankyou

Ah! I am so glad! We’ve had a bit of a supply issue from Pure lately that’s been causing havoc with shipping, so my heart sank when I saw there was a review… but seeing this makes it all worth it… thank you, this particular review means a lot.

Horrible service

Horrible service. sent incorrect item after 3 weeks ( Said online in stock)then expected me to send it back at my cost. Fortunately Paypal stepped in after opening a case and covered these costs and fought to get my money back as they ignored all emails regarding the issue . You should really avoid unless you feel you will be fully recompensated against these pirates. Please tread carefully before considering these .Shop around.

They let themselves down.

Had a query about a possible order. Sent message via messenger. Appreciate small shop and may be busy but 3 days later still no reply. Read previous reviews and appear yo have substantial customer care issues. Can't comment on products but personally wouldn't risk it if awful after care. Other reviews appear to support this. Cheaper prices don't mean better deals. Please sort you're CS out. Thanks

I brought a himiway C5 ultra and all my questions got answered by the team,so far I have done just over1200 miles and it still makes me smile.The bike does turn heads and does everything it claims.

Replacement battery escooter

Having searched internet to purchase a lithium ion battery for my grandsons scooter, i was pleasantly surprised to find this company within UK that would ship battery to our location. Easy to place order and We received replacement battery very quickly. Well packaged and swift delivery.

A good experience

The website is well organised, found exactly what I was looking for (no mean feat, as the last time I bought anything bike brake-related I was about 14, over 50 years ago).

Price was on the low end of what I expected, which was nice!

Arrived very well packaged. The carrier could have performed better, but that isn't EcoMove's fault.

Will use again.

Really pleased with the bikes

Really pleased with the bikes. Some delay in getting both over from France, but guys at EcoMove helped us find exactly what we needed. Great follow-up too. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service experience

Awful customer service. Dropped my ebike off for a free manufacturer recall/replacement.

The first red flag was when they were unable to provide a receipt that I had left my bike with them. The mechanic scribbled on a ripped peice of paper and shrugged.

They said it should take around week and they would keep me informed. It took more than 3 weeks and they didn't contact me once during the process.

I called twice during this period on Fridays giving them plenty of time to folow up, so was hardly being unreasonable or excessive. The mechanic was notably frustrated and rude when I queried why they had not updated me on the delays.

In contrast with what I was told when I left my bike with them and said they would follow up. The mechanic now informed me they would not contact nor have the time to waste calling customers until it was ready.

I raised a complaint via email after being so rudely spoken too. This complaint took 4 days to reply too and they spent around 80% of the response blaming the manufacturer when the issue was not the time it was taking.

It was the zero communications to keep me informed of delays, and then being rude to when I had to call them for updates. Just basic customer service that was not the manufacturers fault and lays completely on the shop.

Even after that complaint, true to their word they didn't follow up until the bike was ready to collect more than another week later.

They were completely unapolegetic on collection and unable to provide me a receipt of the work done.

I'm in the process of purchasing another ebike and would never use or reccomend EcoMove again based on this expeirence.

Regarding the ticketing system, I completely understand your preference for a physical receipt. Rest assured, your bike and frame number are both recorded digitally, along with the service bay sheet. We’ll definitely consider offering a printed version in the future, although I’d like to reassure you that we’ve never misplaced a bike to date.

You’re right—we fully expected to have your bike back to you much sooner. Unfortunately, it had to be returned to the manufacturer. Since the bike wasn’t purchased from us, they required that they handle the repair. We, like you, weren’t anticipating the significant delays that followed. Yours was actually the second such case, and because of this trend, we’ve decided to no longer accept GoCycle warranty jobs in the future to avoid situations like this.

I also sat down with the technician who worked on your bike to address your concerns about phone etiquette. He didn’t intend to come across as rude, but we’ve had a conversation about how we can improve communication. I’m really sorry you had that experience, and we’re taking it seriously.

Regarding follow-ups, you’re absolutely right that communication can be improved, especially during situations involving manufacturer delays. We're currently restructuring to ensure smoother communication in the future, including adding an apprentice to help with this, so we can keep our customers better informed.

We’re sorry again for the inconvenience, and we hope you find the perfect bike for you moving forward!

Extremely Fast Dispatch, Great Product & Customer Service

I ordered an external battery pack for my Tenways CGO600 external battery pack. It was dispatched within 40 minutes of my order and was on my doorstep the following morning (despite my order being put late on a Friday afternoon). Very impressive.
Throughout, I was informed of the status of my item. The battery pack was well packaged in a suitably sized boxed without too much plastic/foam packaging that is hard to recycle.
The battery pack itself works perfectly and EcoMove Bristol is the only place that sells it for delivery in the UK (as far as I know). Ecomove followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure all was good - thanks.
Overall, I would happily order products from them again in the future.

Exceptional Service and Selection: Best Bike Shop in Bristol!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Eco-Move in Bristol, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated, taking the time to offer me valuable advice and helping me choose the perfect bike (Mirider GB3). What truly set them apart was the availability of a wide range of bikes for test rides, something I hadn’t experienced at other stores where scheduling a test ride felt like an extra hassle.

At Eco-Move, I genuinely felt like a valued customer, and I couldn’t be happier with the time and money I spent there. I’ll definitely be returning for bike servicing and to explore their accessories. In my opinion, this is hands down the best bicycle shop in Bristol!

Quality products and excellent customer service and the team there, clearly have a passion for e-bikes and helping people find the best match for an individuals needs. Super impressed with the customer service, Mark’s commitment to respond to emails during his time off was brilliant and a positive attribute rarely seen in this country.

Great Customer Service for e-bikes

I had been looking to buy an e-bike for some while but could not decide which one would be right for me having read so much stuff on the internet. I then came across Eco-Move whilst online and as they had a branch in Bristol, I visited them to see what they had on offer - primarily because I noticed you could have a “Test Ride”.
Each member of staff I interacted with was very helpful. First, I met “Nees” who listened to my requirements and made some suggestions about different bikes. I went on to test ride 3 e-bikes before I decided which one was for me - the Himiway Big Dog Electric Cargo Bike. I also needed to have a “basket/box” fitted to the back of the bike which wasn’t “standard” but manager Mark sourced one and Jack fitted it for me. I have to say that each member of staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I ended up with the right bike and accessories for me. Very pleased with this company and would highly recommend.

Excellent knowledge

Excellent knowledge, great service, wide range of bikes but had my heart set on the Tenways, thankfully otherwise would have been there all day. Well worth the drive from London to see and try what is on offer.
