Daniel was very courteous, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to see how the future will be impacted by the decisions I made right now as far as taking depreciation in one year or spreading it over 5 years. He was knowledgeable about gift tax and how it impacts the basis on an asset transfer. He offered great guidance on determining the tax consequences of my stock portfolio which is a recent addition to my life. This company reached out to me for weeks to set up an appointment and earn my business. I took the appointment and set time aside on my calendar with Jeanette Carre. 10 min into our 12:30 appointment I still had not heard from Jeanette so I sent a email, the response I got at 12:51, nearly a half hour past our appointment time, I received word that she was busy with call-ins and had to miss our schedule appoint. As a business owner I find being 21 minutes late for a scheduled appointment is unprofessional and lacking of any respect for my time and justifying it by stating you were too busy with unscheduled call-ins only confirmed that lack of professionalism.

Really poor experience. They messed up my payroll really severely and then refused to fix it. They blamed some company they were working with. I would talk with one of them at Eco-Tax, who would promise to call me back in a few days... literally months of silence. I had another CPA finally redo this year and the last two years. It was enlightening for me, like he was actually an advisor rather than a data entry clerk.
