I have owned quite a few pairs of the black London Walker boots, originally purchased directly from Eco Vegan. Would last a couple of years with constant commuting to the office and back as well as week end duties. Grippy, waterproof and the only thing that wore out over time was the sole under the heel. Last couple of pairs bought from the new distributor the sole has basically dropped off after a month or so. I bought them when on sale together. Yesterday commuting home I was wondering if I'd make it back before both soles came completely away! The deterioration was that quick. Sad as it seems the glue or whatever bonding agent they have been using is not fit for purpose and these once we're the perfect work shoe for me.

I bought a pair of walker shoes from here in 2021, after only a few times of light use they began to disintegrate at the sole and heel. After contacting Eco-vegan shoes they replaced them quickly. HOWEVER, the second pair have done exactly the same. Emails and FB messages are not replied to. I have had to phone from the UK to speak with the sellers. I was told to take my shoes to a shoe maker and EVS would send replacement soles!! The shoe maker said he was unable to do this. I requested a refund and sent bank details, I have not received the refund or any communication from the company. So very disappointed with their service. I will definitely not purchased from them again, and would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I bought a pair of these last year and they only lasted 4 months before they started tearing apart. When i contacted them for a refund or replacement, they told me that they couldn't replace due to not having them in stock. When i said i would take the refund instead, they just stopped replying and I've not been able to get through to them since.

I would absolutely not buy from these guys again.

I appreciated the documentation in the box, the spare laces and insoles.
Came quickly, wholly reasonable price.

For veganere er det en naturlig ting at undgå alt dyrebrug og dermed også læder, dette firma leverer venganske sko og gør det nemt hurtigt og smertefrit, tog f.eks kun 4 dage fra England og til København.

Skoene passede perfekt og de har nemme og forståelige anvisninger (kræver man forstår engelsk)m har brugt dem par gange nu og de er virkelige behagelige at have på og de er pæne.

Vil ikke tøve med til efteråret at købe sko der igen.
