This company does not listen to it’s customers
This company appears to completely ignore my requests for orders. I first ordered a bench top sample and indicated that I would pick it up. Days later I got a message it had been shipped by Australia Post, meaning it too longer before I received it. Next time I ordered two bench tops and we agreed to the day that it would be sent interstellar to coincide with when I would be at that address. Again, they decided to change shipping date without asking me, because they apparently knew my needs better than I do. When I complained about them making changes against my wishes they were totally apologetic. I will not be doing any further business with Eco Greenhaus.

I'm sorry that you felt we had disappointed you but the facts are a little different to your review. The sample was sent the day the order was received by express post and it arrived the following day, you acknowledged this when we spoke over the phone. You also came into the warehouse and collected another sample. The shipment was shipped by mistake 2 days prior to when you wanted it shipped, however we spoke to the depot and they agreed to hold for up to 10 days for you to collect. So your collection date from the depot did not change. We are equally happy that we will not be doing business again.
