The service was booked easily, and the engineer turned up at the agreed date and time. He was polite and professional. The service report was automatically sent by email for my records a few days later. Would recommend.

I Recently ordered and had a new boiler installed through Ecohappy. The engineer who installed the boiler did a very poor job indeed. Lots of shortcuts were taken to get it done as quick as possible, and the area around the boiler where the old one had been removed was left an unsightly mess, with no attempt made to repair the unnecessary cosmetic damage he caused. The flu from the old boiler was also just left discarded to the side of my property.

The worst part is that Ecohappy support have refused to acknowledge any of the issues I raised with the install (Magnetic filter put in wrong place/system flush done incorrectly/no inhibitor added to the system afterwards). All I received was an email of nonsensical excuses, and a cut and paste of their T&C's. I replied to this email and now feel I'm simply being ignored.

I really wish I had opted to pay that little bit extra to a company who would have done a decent job, and if the after sales support is needed, wouldn't just fob me off like Ecohappy have done.

Annual Boiler Service
Gas engineer turned up on time and carried out service efficiently.
I did have to contact the company several days later to get a copy of the report, so it would be helpful to get the report the next day.

The guy that came from Eco Happy was on time and very thorough with our boiler service. This is the first time Eco Happy have taken over our boiler service and would highly recommend.

The engineer arrived, very polite, he serviced my boiler. He gave us advice on how to keep costs down. Overall an excellent service.

Eco Happy have been first rate as a provider servicing my boiler. This has come down to the high level of communication. Making sure everything is booked checking someone is going to be in. The boiler engineer calling before he arrives. Checking all went well afterwards. I could not be happier! Thank you Eco Happy!

The people associated with this company are not good. They have left me very out of pocket. I have struggled with money over Christmas due to their failure to pay contractors. Do not have work done or do work for this company. You will likely be let down and left out of pocket.

I was supposed to have my boiler fitted tomorrow 01/04/2026, received a call today at 450pm they wouldn't be attending.

I messaged in the morning confirming the appointment, and said they were sending a reliable engineer.

Please listen to the reviews. This company is awful and is to be avoided at all costs.
