EcoHeat Northwest were professional, trustworthy, friendly and offered excellent value for money. We had a boiler service and gas safety certificate and were impressed with their engineer who did a thorough job. He was personable, friendly and expert in his field.
Not only the engineer, Maggie dealt with my enquiry from the start and could not do enough for us.
Would not hesitate in recommending.

Not happy with this company. My toilet wasn't flushing so i asked for a quote was told they couldn't give me one without seeing it. Workman came couldn't quote without stripping the toilet down. Went out for a part bought the the wrong one so had to go out again then found he needed another part so went out again. Total time spent at my home was three hours. I was charged for all this time which was unfair as he bought the wrong product firstly. Was charged £110.16 i feel this was excessive.

Quote procedure
All Quotes are carried out free of charge as advertised and outlined when using our service. Our Customer Care Team do not carry out Quotes over the phone as they are unable to diagnose plumbing and heating issues and the cost of the parts required accurately, however will provide you with our hourly rate upon request and book in your Quote.
Our Engineers carry out all of the Quotes accuratley, Customers are under no obligation to accept the Quotes and will only complete works with the authorisation of the Customer.
You instructed the Engineer to carry out the works for you without a Quote as you requested that the works were completed immediately.
Your Cost Breakdown
Parts - 3/8 fill valve, close coupled kit and flexi tap connector and isolator - Total £31.80.
Labour - Total £60.00 (1.5 Hours)
VAT @ 20.00%
Total - £110.16
As clarified with your invoice following the completion of your works and also as discussed with you following your telephone complaint you were not charged for Three hours you were charged for 1.5 Hours. We offer a transparent and fair pricing system resulting in our Excellent reputation.
You were also offered a reduced rate, the Engineer spent longer than 1.5 hours at your property excluding changing your part. We ensure customer satisfaction by rounding down time spent at the property as opposed to rounding the time up.
