Ecologic SIPs

We've recently had an online CPD session with Ecologic SIPS. Very engaging professional team of people who kept the presentation interesting at all stages, answered questions thoroughly and also furnished us with a hamper of food and drink which arrived by courier as the session started! Well organised and confident team. We look forward to working with them soon.

From initial meeting to sign-off of project some 4 months later, the team at Ecologic were first class. Every interraction was handled promptly , efficiently , intelligently and informatively. I was given a detailed tour of the SIPS site at Holmsley combined with a highly informative explanation of the process from start to finish. Costings and payment stages were set out and adhered to together with , in our case , a rather tight schedule for installation. Ecologic worked closely and effectively with our builder who was equally impressed. The finished product has added massive value and utility to the space , it is superbly insulated and, due to the lack of rafters , we have been able to maximise the vaulted roof for both storage and aesthetic advantage. The end result is a highly attractive , cedar-clad building which was constructed in just over a week. Incredible ! We will be using Ecologic for the next phase of our build which incorporates a kitchen and living space extension . Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent product, excellent team , excellent delivery and excellent result. Thank you Écologic.

Thank you for your time and your presentation, it was very informative and it confirmed that this is a way of building that we would love to do on future projects. Your passion, hard work and attention to detail was clear to see, you are the kind of people we enjoy working with.

We selected the Eco Premium product rage for the build, primarily chosen for the U-values it achieves.

Advice was freely given throughout the process, to help make the build as airtight and energy efficient as possible. Jacob, Rich and Rian were great, each with their own role and expertise. I liked the collaborative approach when issues arose, working together and ensuring understanding of the implications regarding any decision.

Contact links to other companies were given, making it easier to navigate through the build process and achieve the best end result possible.

Speed and management of the SIPs construction was great and they were always there at the end of the phone. I would use them again, but would consider designing the property or property addition, directly in SIPs first, as our project was originally designed as a standard construction it did throw up a few curve balls that had to be dealt with.

The team at Ecologic SIPs have been absolutely amazing during our renovation project at Michael House in Bournemouth. They have been beyond generous and provided the new outside facility for residents and staff to use as a separate meeting/counselling room. They have been professional and friendly throughout the planning and speedy installation process and we cannot thank them enough for their help and assistance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Recently completed a garden building for me. The design service was excellent and the finished product has allowed me to complete the project for client very quickly and efficiently. I really look forward to working with Ecologic again on future projects. Thanks from Joe at All Build Developments

Not only have we worked with Ecologic Sips to supply their homes with our aluminium glazing for clients, but we have also recently commissioned them to build a SIPS home in our second showroom facility in Poole. This exciting new development will help to signpost the future of sustainable and efficient self building to our customers. Ecologic Sips is a pleasure to deal with, and the professional
and proactive approach of all their team is a credit to them.

As an experienced bricks-and-mortar developer, I wanted to take on a new challenge and build better-insulated, higher-quality homes. Our first SIPS project was a significant step, and we chose Ecologic as our SIPS partner – a choice that proved highly positive. Ecologic's team was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to guide us through each stage. Although the project came with a few challenges, including some financial hurdles due to missed build slots from bad weather delays, Ecologic did their best to support us wherever possible.

The site team was exceptional, completing our 2,400 sq. ft. home in just four weeks! The quality of their SIPS panels was impressive, providing robust insulation and strength that made our build efficient and extremely sturdy. The results speak for themselves – we achieved a remarkable 0.97 air test score, an EPC rating of A, and an energy performance score of 101, which exceeded our expectations.

While there is still room for Ecologic to offer a more 'complete' package (such as including full vapor barriers, scaffolding solutions, and airtightness measures), I would certainly recommend Ecologic to anyone considering SIPS panels for their project. I look forward to working with them on our next SIP project!

Ross and his team have delivered an amazing project on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the finish and the ease with which the building went up in line with our specification. We would enthusiastically recommend Ecologic.

It’s a big leap of faith choosing a company to build your home, we definitely made the correct decision choosing Ecologic. With employees that you get to know along the process, who care about their work & your build.

I write this review from the perspective of a designer of Easi-Joists and (occasionally) Trussed Rafters with Merronbrook Ltd.
I've worked with the team at Ecologic for nearly 3 years and can honestly say that it's been a pleasure!
They create some incredibly impressive structures (check the website out!), and to be a part of that process, though sometimes challenging, is great!
The information required is always there, the communication is always excellent.
Rich, Jacob, Rian and Arthur (to name but a few), are a joy to work with.
Long may this relationship continue.

We commissioned a bespoke Summerhouse with Ecologic approx 5 years ago, which we've been delighted with. At the beginning of June we noticed a dip in the floor in the entrance by the bi-fold doors. Ecologic visited and found that a portion of the wooden board under the vinyl flooring had rotted. On inspection it was concluded that a very small section of damp proof insulation hadn't been cut back during construction and this was allowing small amounts of rain water to be carried inside. Without any quibble the damp proof issue was rectified, the affected area of wooden flooring was replaced, and new click vinyl flooring was laid across the whole Summerhouse due to the existing vinyl tile flooring no longer being available. How a company reacts to something going wrong is a true measure of a business and Ecologic stepped up to the plate with superb after care service. Thank you. Pete & Mand

We recently took receipt of a SIP garden office kit. Really fantastic experience from initial enquiry to final delivery. Very well organised, can-do outfit that took time to work through some design details - delivering a scheme that was exactly what we wanted. Completed to time and with good communication throughout, and to the pre-agreed budget - other than a few additions that arose during the construction and therefore not budgeted for originally. There were a few minor points I fed-back for continual improvement, which the company took on board and listened to.
At the end of the day, definitely not the cheapest option, but I do believe you get what you pay for and I was very pleased with our choice. Whole heartedly recommend Ecologic to anyone- and we will return for subsequent orders!

We have just used Ecologic to make our Beach Hut annex near Chichester and we are so thrilled with the hut and the amazing service we have received from the Ecologic team throughout the process from design to installation. We cannot recommend them enough. Joanne and Antony

We moved into our Ecologic SIPs house last summer and have been very pleased with its energy efficiency. We have now been through a winter and have been delighted with how warm the house has been with very little heating. We only put the heating on overnight when we have a cheaper electric rate and the house holds enough heat during the day and into the evening to keep the ambient temperature around 21/22 degrees. We have never needed to have the heating on upstairs and we only heat the rooms overnight that have dropped below 20 degrees. Whilst the house has become quite warm in the summer it has not been an issue. Overall it has been a very comfortable house to live in and Ecologic have been very helpful in answering any questions we have had. Ecologic Sustainable SIPs Structures are enthusiastic and passionate about their product and would highly recommend this company.

I have worked in the industry for over 15 years as an Architectural Technologist however, this was my first experience using SIPs, after a lot of research. We started going to the large manufacturers and were left fairly cold with their responses. It was great meeting the team and subsequently the factory etc and seeing the enthusiasm for their product, which i now share. The process from start to finish has been superb and i am a firm believer that SIPs is the future of the building industry due to the speed, thermal performance and airtightness. We are a few months away from finishing our home but are so keen to move in and experience the benefits that building with SIPs give you.
I have already started to convince clients to build with SIPs and have certainly recommended Ecologic to assist in the process.
I look forward to working with the chaps at Ecologic on many more projects in the furture.

We found Ecologic helpful, friendly and approachable in all aspects of the design and building of our SIPS studio. The team who came on site to install were professional and happy to include our project members which was a really nice touch. The build needed to be delayed and Ecologic were very patient and willing to fit us in. Because of this we managed to get the building installed on time thanks to their flexibility and generosity.

From making contact with ecologic sips up to the delivery, all was made very easy due to the great service from their staff

As a Holiday Park with a very short closed season we primarily opted for SIPs as a quick solution to providing staff accommodation. The time frame involved, along with our inexperience in this type of building lead us to choosing a local supplier in the hope that if (or more likely when) problems arose help would at least be close to hand. As it turned out the excellent pre build support from the design phase through to on time delivery and comprehensive instructions meant that our fears were unfounded and the whole project was completed on schedule, in no small part as a result of the quality of the product and the knowledgeable and helpful team that support it. We are already planning our next SIPs project and Ecologic are our instant choice to supply it.
Can't recommend them highly enough and we look forward to working with the team again.

We worked with Ecologic for our rooftop development as a client and main-contractor, the whole team were fantastic! Right from planning to completion.
It wasn’t logistically the easiest of projects being in the Gods but their experience and calm made it a walk in the park.
We’re totally sold on the SIP ethos and we’re looking forward to our next project with them.
Great product!!
